I was shocked by the poor after-sales…
I was shocked by the poor after-sales service for the cruise tickets. The customer service experience was terrible—the agent was rude, told me to “go ahead and escalate,” and clearly didn’t care. They seemed to have no basic knowledge; they only sell tickets and have no idea what happens after that.
When I called Aroya directly, I realized how much better it would have been if I had purchased my tickets through them. They were knowledgeable and guided me properly.
I am very disappointed with the level of service I received and would strongly recommend buying tickets directly through Aroya. 😞
