The van had everything we needed, easy to drive, easy to use and very fuel efficient for our trip.
Customer service with Kyle at the pick up and drop off was fantastic, very helpful and super friendly.
Definitely a good idea to check in online to save time and watch the video as it helps explain everything. We also took out the maximum cover which made things even easier and provided us the camp chairs etc.
Will definitely do again :)

Excellent experience from start to finish. The vehicle collection was so quick and seamless, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes, and the drop off was the exact same. Kyle at reception was so friendly and helpful. Our camper van was clean and absolutely perfect for our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend Cruisin Motorhomes to anyone!

Good organisation, no Problems

Was great. All great. The Go Cheap was great. Carl was very friendly.

Somethings ok some not, hose pipes were short. Table chair change in melb. Little srew had to tight ourdelf Checkout good in perth.

Had the pleasure of using one of Cruisin's
6 berth camper for 10 days it did not disappoint, if it weren't for the wheels I would have thought I was in a 5 star hotel.

Luckily for the wheels however we were able to experience a good portion of Australia's beautiful east cost, an excellent example of comfort and convenience.

The team in Cairns where we rented it and Brisbane where we left it off were very helpful and easy to work with.

Would certainly rent with them again.

I had a little accident which was covered by the full insurance. In this accident, the awning was slighlty twisted but could work. I was told they would repair it.
But that was a lie! Without any notice, I was charged 1500AUS! No invoice, nothing. I asked for an invoice and the one that was sent to me had no tax nothing no detail (cost of the awning, cost of the repair, tax) at all.
This is really not serious! They just took my money and that's it! I asked for a legal invoice but I never got any answer.
I feel I have been screwed up!
I will not recommand this company at all!

Everything was smooth sailing. It might not be the cheapest option out there, but for us not having to worry about anything is definitely worth paying a bit more

Nice campervan, everything we needed was provided. Kind and helpful people.

Very good experience. Well maintained motorhome with (almost) everything onboard what you need. Nice staff on both location (Cairns and Sydney) which gave plenty of tips and instructions. Unfortunately we damage the vehicle slightly, due to maximum insurance coverage we didn’t had any troubles or costs (just fill in a form).
