Cruisin Motorhomes - Sydney Reviews 

We would gladly recommend Cruisin to anyone planning a road trip. We did a return trip Sydney /WA . The few times we needed explanations, we were helped immediately & kindly. The booking process was easy too.

Very well prepared and equipped vehicle. Instructions and explanations accurate and to the point. In all an effortless and pleasurable experience. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We travelled with our Cruisin Adventurer for 3 weeks from Cairns to Sydney. Our experience from pickup to drop off was very smooth and just amazing.

The Motorhome was just as expected with no problems during our time. Driving was very easy and the inside space quite spacious.
The only negative thing I would like to mention is that there is no USB ports for the upper bed. There is a normal power outlet but you can't use it if you're not connected to 240V.

Over all I will definitely recommend to everyone to book Cruisin for an amazing australian holiday :)

Perfect company to rent a van for a roadtrip. Friendly and effective support.
If we ever come back to Australia we definitley are going with Cruisin again.

Booking and return service easy. Staff very friendly. The car was the best we had have had on our travels so far.

- Van was great
- But you should optimize the space in the RV. Make sure the ducts, pipes, and other components are secured so that the available space can be used for storage.

Camper Van was as we expected - well maintained, well fitted out, and clean and we took the package to provide linen and chairs and table.

Sunil, the Manager was exceptional in his Customer Service. He took the time to explain everything and could not have been more helpful in getting us organised and going. He is an asset to Cruisin Motorhomes.

We used the 6 person motorhome as our livestream production base for the Backyard Ultra Marathon Team World Championships and it was exceptional. New van, with perfect linen, pillows and towels. Everything was in there. Easy to use. The hot shower was heaven! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Pick up and drop off was a piece of cake. Very, very highly recommend.

Very easy pickup. While motorhome was 70,000km into its life it was maintained perfectly. Had everything we needed and roadside help was friendly and professional.

Easy booking process, good communication, picking up the van was simple. The branch manager at Caringbah, Sunhil, was so helpful explaining all the features of the vehicle, got us off to a positive note right from the start. The van supplied was very clean, had all the amenities and utensils required, and it was the right size for our 9-day short journey, which made it easy for us to get around the major locations we visited and stayed. The modern vehicle was easy to drive and performed well, linked up with our Car Play for the navigation was a benefit. We had a wonderful week+.

Very clean and quite new Motorhome. Got a free upgrade to Deluxe and the Mercedes was a dream to drive. Highly recommend

Only 4 stars because our batteries were defective and we couldn't go off-grid. However, the batteries were replaced while we were out on an excursion. It worked perfectly, and the people who helped us were very nice!

Vehicle Breakdown Day 1. Stranded for 8.5hrs

The pickup and drop off were excellent. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The few problems that I had were quickly addressed. However,these poor rvs really get abused. I have one in Canada and you really have to take care of it. Unfortunately some people treat them as used rentals. The company must gave to address alot of damage and try to have them in %100 condition for the next customer. Thanks for letting me care for one of your units.

The gas was leaking over night and we had no hot water or could cook anything for the 5 days we were in the van and could of killed us and they thought it was funny

The van was super clean it had everthing in it etc. Pillows cooking utensils toaster kettle...

Van was easy to drive,everthing was explained before I left.

To start off with - what a wonderful product Crusin offers. We rented the 2 berth Sandpiper.

From the beginning the customer service was great, no waiting on hold and prompt to answer any emails and the rest(something we truly struggled with from other operators, some of which are yet to even reply to my initial enquiry).

The few shortfalls were seemingly as result of missed post rental checks, having run a rental fleet in the past I know these things can happen and it’s really all about sticking to a pre/post rental check list. The most glaring issues were the adaptive cruise control was inoperative the whole trip, “temporarily blinded” per the display, I tried to clean it but no luck, guessing it needs ADAS calibration. The second one was the shower drain was completely blocked, fixed with a plunger but obviously that’s not something we should have to be doing.

Having said all that, the product itself was great, it worked well and was super easy to set up, a new holiday adventure we’ll be sure to go on again, what we thought was daunting to begin with was totally doable. And for those worried about the toilet cassette? Actually super easy to clean out and maintain throughout our shorter journey, we’d have no issues doing this in the future and we very much plan to do another trip again soon with just a bit more time on our hands.

On drop off staff were friendly and took on my feedback with grace, it was a very straightforward check in and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience throughout. If there was anything I would change I would love to see a small location north of the bridge, just because it’s at least an hour just to pick up, but given the lack of options north of the bridge this could be an ace up the sleeve for development.

Sadil, Cruisin Motorhomes Manager was amazing, friendly, very professional and informative with all the information about our Sandpiper 2 campervan. It was the perfect vehicle.......a home away from home. easy, comfortable and fun to drive. We wanted to be out with nature and be able to open the back doors and look over a beach out to the Pacific and watch the sunrises. Our dreams came true and it was a bucket list fulfilled.
