I have just bought a Fiat van from this company. I found them very helpfull they helped me secure finance through one of their contacts, Then secured me a van. There were some issue with delivery delays. (I believe issue from manufacture not crusader) due to time restrictions on my part they went above and beyond to make sure I had a van when I needed it. My only gripe is I had to chase once or twice for timing but that may have been down to my impatients. Over all I would recomed using them.

This is the, second time we have used this company, the first time we purchased the van and second time we have leased. Both Dave and Shane at Crusader Vans are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when guiding your through the options and process. The customer service is efficient and they are always available to help with any queries we had. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a great family run business rather than one of the big nameless/faceless companies out there.

We have recently purchased a new van from Crusader Vehicles, a replacement for the one we previously bought from them. Their connections enabled them to source an exact match for my criteria at an unbeatable price. Shaun and Liz were great throughout and always kept me up to date. The overall process was quick and easy. Definitely recommended.

We have ordered many vehicles over the past 20 years & used Crusader for the first time for this one & they were by far the best. Not just competitive on price, but fast on delivery. We had regular updates too which was very helpful. We are just about to order another van from them due to expansion of our business.

I dealt with Shaun from crusader on organising an additional vehicle to our fleet. The service was brilliant and very easy. I do believe I had the vehicle delivered with 10 days from my initial enquiry.

I can't think of anything to grumble at and I will definitely be coming back to them next time.

The Vehicle is currently in a VW main dealer undergoing a diagnostic test but we have been told it's likely to be a major fault requiring a new infortainment central touch screen or the control unit. The vehicle can't safely be driven as a result, the vehicle has been with us for approx. 5 days with not much more than delivery miles on the clock. We have been told by the main dealer that parts are an issue and it could be months before parts are available, we understand that strictly speaking this may not be the fault of Crusader but it's caused us significant challenges to overcome with the vehicle booked on a significant road trip to the continent next week. I'm hoping that Crusader will swap this vehicle out if the diagnosis proves to be correct.

Used crusader vans before to buy vehicles always do as they say. Jon my point of contact was professional and approachable in any questions I had and went the extra mile. Also my price was where we wanted to be. Great team work makes the dream work.

What great service, from the initial enquiry to delivery the attention to detail was excellent. They found the exact vehicle I wanted although is short supply.
Regular phone calls from Kevin kept me informed and up to date with delivery and he then followed it up to ensure I was 100% happy with the vehicle once it landed. Will defiantly use them again and recommend to family and friends. many thanks Kevin and the team.
