This daily discomfort inspired him to start his own sophisticated sports brand in Barcelona, 1979. He wanted to eliminate frumpy sportswear for good. Awful experience who send out used…

Awful experience who send out used goods. The email people are clueless and useless aswell, they copy and paste you the same thing you can clearly read yourself and have done. They want you to attach a returns label but they must think your some sort of magician who can just magically make it appear.

They are even trying to count the 14 days of return period from the day of ordering not the date of delivery lol they just think you are stupid but we can all play them games.

Using a legends name to sell used poor quality control goods is a disgrace. Buy your cruyff stuff from other shops besides them direct because this isn’t the first time I have had poor quality but I let it go once but I won’t again and especially won’t due to the state the trainers are in.

Never buying from Cruyff again

This is the first time I have bought from Cruyff and it will be the last, purchased 2 pairs of trainers, kept one and want to return the second pair. The returns portal doesn't work and hasn't done for over a week, the UK contact telephone number just rings and rings and the two occasions they have answered the phone, they have been no help. Telling me to wait until the portal works? They can't send a return label via email, so I can't return item for a refund?? Absolutely shockingly bad customer service.

Good quality and very nice fit

Good quality and very nice fit. I ordered the Maximum Pants and 1/4 Zip. Getting the discount and the delivery went perfect. Johan is (me)/ would be (Cruyff himself) very content. ;-)

Quick shipping

Quick shipping. However discount on first purchase was not applied, so big minus for that. I got the code, it did not deduct any amount on check out.

For years I have bought Cruijff shoes

For years I have bought Cruijff shoes, but the last 2 pairs of shoes have been a complete distaster. Wearing them the first pair once and then thinking I can hardly walk in them and I even had to visit a podiatrist, telling me its the plastic on the side the shoes that is on the outside of my feet. It may seem stupid but last week I received a second pair same problem. I'll never ever order shoes on line an I really schould send them back.

Super Bad Experience

This is an official complaint since it's impossible to contact with them, I ordered by the 14th of march, they chose DHL transport for the supply the purchase to Spain. I have no received my order and I contacted by email explaining my case. They do not respond to emails except one generic for everyone who has any problem, but it doesn't solve anything and they don't provide any other customer support appropiatelly. I have tried several methods, without any results. Honestly, I didn't expect that

Due to the first bad purchase…

Due to the first bad purchase experience 2 years ago, they offered me a 30% discount code (no expiry date mentioned). I wanted to use a code now, doesnt work. 3 weeks, 3-4 email written and still no answer/response from them.

They do not refund returns, do not respond to emails or provide customer support. I have tried several methods, without any results.

Poor quality

Poor quality, on first look the shoes are a nice design and comfortable,
Contact with the cruyff website was non existent and no replies. And after having the trainers for less than 5 months (never washed, or wet from rain etc) the lettering on the side are just stuck on decals and have peeled off very disappointed for shoes at that price.

I am very disappointed with this site

I am very disappointed with this site. I ordered sneakers from them, but when I received the package inside the box was empty. I wrote to them, they told me that they would solve the problem. It has been over 4 weeks and still nothing. I think I have been deceived and will seek my rights.

Look good but they aren't well made at…

Look good but they aren't well made at all. Sole split & hard plastic at the heal so when the sole wears slightly they start clipping & slippery on some surfaces. I will never purchase another pair. Not sure if this issue happens with all the designs.
I will avoid & stick with adidas
