Prices are different. When you get to the checkout start trying to charge you £20 and £40 pound more on your items awful
Here’s my situation. At first glance, it seems like a standard return process. But here’s how it works in the so-called Cruyff UK "company." You generate a barcode on the Cruyff website—let me emphasize, there is no other way to return their products; this is the only option they provide. Fine, you generate it, and you’re forced to use DHL e-commerce as the courier (another fantastic company, by the way—completely unreachable, no responses, no phone calls—it’s almost like these “amazing” companies work hand in hand).
Anyway, back to the point. With the barcode—which you can only generate on the Cruyff website—I go to the shop where they print the label, stick it on the package, and send it back via DHL. Two weeks later? Nothing. On the DHL website, it says the package has been delivered. But my money? Still nowhere to be found.
What follows is a ridiculous back-and-forth with Cruyff’s less-than-competent employees via email. They’re asking me to prove that I sent the package correctly and to what address... This is absolutely ridiculous. First of all, they should be handling this with DHL, not me. Second, how the hell am I supposed to know the address? All I had was the barcode generated by them!
To make matters worse, I’ve already provided proof of delivery, including scans from DHL and a receipt from the shop confirming the drop-off. Yet somehow, Cruyff continues to stall and shift the responsibility onto me.
This is nothing short of a scam, and they’ve robbed me of £150. To anyone reading this: beware.
While the support team was quite responsive, they kept trying to convince me that the issue was on my side, even though they clearly had issues on their website. I had to order the items to be delivered to another country.
This company is an absolute joke. I returned some items over a month ago, got my proof that the parcel reached the warehouse (evidence generated by Cuyff own tracking system- that the parcel reached the warehouse). However, as of today I still have not received my refund and it has been over 4 weeks. Cruyff claims they have not received the parcel although I have it confirmed on the website that they did. All they keep saying is that they haven't got. We have been exchanging emails like for over a month with absolute no solution apart from contacting DHL.

Sended them back to store I purchased and got a refund so thats good but it was a 3rd party so not Cruyffs good.
I have ordered their goods. From a marketing point of view, they are good-looking, no doubt, but for example the sneakers - when they arrive and you see them live, you can see that the quality is not very good. After wearing it for a while, you notice that they wear out extremely quickly. I don't think their quality matches their price range definitely. Separately, I tried to communicate with them in connection with the orders - they respond when they decide to do it, even on my last questions I did not even get feedback, which is unacceptable, especially against the background of their claims to build a good brand, it is not good at all .

I went to the amsterdam store and there was “the owner “ she said that 🤷♂️ anyways i tried a shoes but weren’t my size I told her and she got mad ? Um, she said she was the owner of the shop her name it was like elsi or something like that , I argued with her and she told me “shhh” there’s literally no way then she said this is my shop and get out of her I said this is my money and I’ll buy it (literally bought like 3 shirts 1 shoe ) there was 2 woman one was kinda the other is the one I’m talking about , I was paying then she said I hope your clothes get ruined and she said go out and never come back , Hope she gets fired idk if she owns the store , anyone related ? .

First order from Cruyff really quick delivery with no dramas goods look well made and comfortable so all good up to now will see how they perform 👍
Worst customer service I have ever had contact with. First I've ordered three things including one pair of shoes that were a bit bigger then I expected. Tried to return those but they told me to send it to Manchester instead of back to their sending location Netherlands. Okay maybe it's my fault for that one but they acted like they have zero connection with their company in UK, they didn't want to help me contact people from Manchester or whatsoever. I have decided to make a new order and bought 4 pairs of shoes. When it arrived, one pair was damaged. I took some photos and wrote to their support that shoes are damaged and I want to return the pair, but also buy two new pairs. They said, okay here's the discount code valued as price of the damaged shoes. Code was invalid and I couldn't use it, they said after 24 hours.. like they were buying themselves some time. Now there is 50%sale. Something fishy about this company, strongly advising not to do business with them, to save you some time, mental health and money. Cheers to good people

Ordered two pairs of trainers, was hard work actually getting the shoes as due to a glitch on the website I got charged a non sterling transaction fee and customs tax on my order however after a bit of hassle, this was resolved! When the shoes arrived I was very pleased with them, but issues started when I needed to clean the shoes and they fully disintegrated! I complained to customer services expecting them to exchange the shoes (they were £180 shoes and they quite literally fell apart) to be told ‘why would I think to clean the shoes’ and made out like I was stupid and in the wrong for wanting to keep the shoes in the best condition possible! Really sad as the products are lovely, but the quality and service are absolutely appalling!
First of all I want to say - all clothes look nice but quality is bad, after the first washing they look very bad. Snickers are very cheaply made - again nice look and that is it. Last order I made it took them one month from Europe to Europe and I still have not received it....

Ordered some trainers and returned one pair on the 21st of November 2023 and I am still trying to get a refund. Their courier (DHL - They sent me the return label and the website provided information on where to drop) has lost the parcel and apparently due to their terms and conditions its my responsibility to make sure the parcel gets back to them? I kept the receipt which I have sent to them abd this is the response I have received back today
Please note that we have stated the following in our Terms & Conditions that you have agreed upon prior to placing the order:
‘The customer is fully responsible for the return, the method of shipment and any insurance of the shipment.’
We are doing our best to get to the bottom of the situation, but we will have to paciently wait for the outcome of the investigation of DHL.

Update on the 27th of December - DHL have got back to Cruyff and a Marjolin has responded to me, to advise that the parcel shop has been unable to locate the parcel and are asking me if I took the parcel back. Which of course I haven't done.
I have never had this before with any company - normally when you supply them with a receipt for the posted return they will refund, but they haven't. Shocking! Please be wary when returning items to them as if they get lost due to no fault of your own, they don't refund.
Ordered a coat as a surprise for my husband as a Xmas gift. Fast delivery. However, returns policy even over the Xmas period is 14 days so I had to gift it to him today!! So disappointing!! I couldn’t risk losing £169.95 if it didn’t fit or he didn’t like it. I also requested delivery to a local shop but it was delivered to my house, luckily I was home.
Cruyff were really quick with my delivery which surprised me to be honest, I previously had problems with their deliveries but I want to thank them for getting my parcel to me within 3 working days this time round
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes a massive box come with 1 pair imbnot happy I can't call the company I've emailed them and there yet to reply
