Had an issue with a new pair of trainers, they provided a satisfactory quick solution in under 48 hours without any hassle or form filling. Very satisfied.

Delivery was paid for the ordered sneakers, and they should have arrived on August 31, 2023. The delivery was delayed, they arrived on September 4, 2023. From then until September 15, 2023. they have been worn a couple of times and have already cracked. what will it be after 6 months of wear. the quality of my sneakers is very bad.

Avoid at all costs ordering if this website take your money don’t send the products you have ordered they like to avoid replying to your emails and when u finally get one reply they tell you there going send u a track and trace for your parcel I’m still waiting please guys don’t waste your money absolute shambles of a company I never ever write bad of a company but I’m so annoyed as this was ordered for my boyfriends birthday will raise a dispute to get my money refunded as I haven’t got my goods

Can't fault the products I have bought 3 pairs of the same trainers all in different colours....

Purchased a pair of trainers and within 3 months and minimum use, the trainer has broke and not fit to wear.

Sent an email to the customer support team who replied to my email within 1-2 days.

Told them the issue with the new trainers that I had recently purchased and weeks and weeks have passed and still no reply, its pretty plain to see that I am being ignored because the trainers have to be replaced and cannot be fixed.

Extremely disappointed in the aftercare, the trainers are not cheap to buy I've spent hundreds of pounds in total and I'm being ignored.

I didn't want to come to this conclusion of leaving negative reviews but I have no choice.

I'll be very much looking forward to see if anybody responds to this review, and what excuse they will make up.

Still waiting for my order. I was supposed to receive it today, but I didn't even get an email explaining why it's being delayed, and the product is already paid for. Please help from the Cruyff team.

Ordered pair of sneakers five days ago, they should have come to my adress yesterday but they still did not come out of warehouse and the money already has been charged from my bank account.
Avoid ordering from their webshop!

My order was suppose to arrive on May29, today is Jun2 and I still did not get it. I am angry and dissapointed and will never order anything from you. You are a disgrace to the name. If I hear somebody wants to order from you, I will advise them against it. I will return what I ordered as soon as it arrives, if it ever does and I want my money back right away. You took my money and did not deliver the package. It is the same as if you stole it from me.

I have requested several times for them to remove my email address from their mailing list, and months later I am still receiving their emails. This company is failing to comply with GDPR and is mishandling your personal information.

Not good cust support, and very slowly delivery

A Disgrace to use the legendary Cruyff name! This is the worse experience ever. I have been trying to send trainers back since jan 23 all the labels sent don’t scan, took weeks answering emails asked me to send back at my expense they would refund postage, then they took the money for postage from my credit card even though I had paid & sent the receipt. I am still waiting for a refund they have had the trainers weeks! My first ever trustpilot post I am so fed up!

Ordered a pair of trainers on the Cruyff web site on Monday evening, delivered by DHL on Thursday. Great looking quality trainers at a great price, well impressed.

These are the worst company I have ever delt with I bought 2 pairs of trainers of them 2 weeks ago for 116 pounds and had nothing of them I have phoned them emailed them to see were my order is nothing back of them they are a joke biggest robbing scumbags going please ADVOIDE with caution if you don't want to be robbed of money 😡😡

It's just a joke. Guys please, do not order from this page anything. No customer service at all. I ordered trainers and on the day they should be delivered to me, I received a short email from them " Sorry, we don't have item you've ordered, refund will be done in few days". After this email I still can order this item and size on their web shop.

shipping twice wasn’t sent as dhl express delivery! just normal shipping which is took more than one week unfortunately ( if express doing this for 1-2 days.

Dear Sir, I ordered a sweatshirt and sneakers and received a shipment number that is not valid ... Please deliver the goods to me on time, otherwise I will be forced to notify the Dutch internet fraud services ... Thank you...
