I've been a client of CoinLedger for more than three years. It took a while to become familiar with the program, but even then, I wasn't always sure when corrections were necessary or how to make them. Each of the first two years I paid for the Expert Review. In both cases I was told that all the problems regarding missing cost basis or incorrect prices, quantities or balances were resolved. But as it turned out, that was not always the case. It wasn't until this last year of working with Yuri Shelepenko that all issues were resolved. His patience with me and perseverance at each step of the month's long process made me more comfortable with the steps necessary to solve problems and the overall result than at any previous time. Moreover, Yuri has informed me that the company has been working diligently to correct previous troublesome issues in the program. So at this point, I have been converted into an extremely satisfied client. And I can't say enough positive things about Yuri, my support person. He was terrific.

The team did a wonderful job fixing my years worth of missing cost basis and communicating with me with any questions I had. Yes, this service is very expensive, but still ended up saving me money, so I believe it was a great decision.

Jamie did an excellent job putting my crypto data in order. I had years of disorganized data from exchange closures and transfers across wallets. Jamie was able to find the missing cost basis for my crypto and prepared accurate IRS forms for filing. I’d recommend this service to anyone who needs a “once and for all” clean up of their crypto tax data. Jaime was friendly , professional and truly exceeded my expectations.

I am a conservative person when it comes to paying for services, if I can make it happen myself. This year, I decided there was more with my crypto than I wanted to tackle, so thankfully Coin Ledger offered "Done for You" services. Jamie was my guy....... lived outside of the US, but handled everything beautifully! Yes, it was a little chunk of change, but for me it was well worth it!

I've used the regular Coinledger service in the past and this was the first time I signed up for the Done your Service. From the initial consultation to the conclusion of the service, I had a great experience. Special thanks to both Ben and Logan who answered all my questions and concerns and finished the service quicker than expected. Logan really took the time to understand my history and make all the required updates/changes. I would definitely work with them again if needed or reach out if I had any further questions. I highly recommend to others who need help with their crypto taxes!

My experience with the "Done For You" service was fantastic. Specifically, Salvatore did a great job cleaning up my CoinLedger transactions.

His communication was excellent; whenever he needed something from me, he detailed exactly what he was looking for and explained how I could obtain the information. This was particularly helpful as some of the data dated back several years and involved dormant wallets, such as KuCoin. I could not have accomplished this on my own.

My experience with CoinLedger during the 2024 tax season was amazing. When I first reached out, I owed over $70,000 to the IRS and about $28,000 to California. After working with their team, everything changed. I ended up getting an $8,000 federal refund and a $2,000 state refund. I'm still waiting on 2025, but I'm actually excited to see if we'll owe or get more back. I can't say enough good things about their service. Coin Ledger helped take what would otherwise have been an impossible task, to figure out taxes for my thousands upon thousands of transactions over the years, and made it manageable. I would probably give it 4.5 stars, just due to the fact that it was not able to seamlessly connect all of my transactions, deposits, etc, and accurately report the cost basis for some coins... so while the system isn't perfect, and I had to do some troubleshooting, it definitely made it way way more doable.

And Farouk Baba, the support person who worked with me, was overall very helpful and had a quick response time 😁

I've been using the service for years. In the past support was excellent via live chat and things just worked. This year the Live Chat is disabled and they are not responding emails. What's worst is that when I export my report and import it to TurboTax I get highly inflated gains compared to what's shown on CoinLedger. Inflated by about 222 million and my gains where less than 80K according to coinledger. I may have to get an extension on my taxes and may sue over this.

I really like CoinLedger's support. I had lots of help from Farouk. They are friendly, experienced and helpful. I was able to successfully clear up missing cost basis information and generate my 2025 tax reports.

I had a great experience with CoinLedger. The software is very impressive and highly intelligent. The supporting training videos were very helpful and really well executed. Even better was the Customer Support. It was absolutely first rate. Chris was able to address all of my questions and issues quickly and succinctly. I recommend CoinLedger without reservation.

Jon Tan is great and Benjamin Yoder offered me service after discussion that was helpful.

Hoping I won't need this service again the future but if I do I'll reach out again and would ask to be set up with Jon Tan.

Jon is a very capable, competent, and patient man. Can't thank him enough and don't have anything negative to say about the experience he provided at all.

Ended up calculating my capital gains elsewhere. They emailed me asking if i needed support with anything. Asked them to confirm my account was deleted via FOUR emails since March, along with all associated data. No response. They just ghosted me altogether. Never had such trouble getting my account deleted. Dont set up or start an account with them if youre unsure about using their services because you will not get any help with account/data deletion

The team was very responsive, and the data reconciliation was completed quickly.
