Miles is excellent to work with. I was new to working in crystal and he openly shared thoughtful knowledge with me. He outlined timing in a realistic manner with important considerations ;Chins basically closing down in February for holidays was a big one for a March deliverable) and offered to go the mile to secure an important project for our company.
