Largest Scam ever. Deposited a measely amount of skins to try the waters. Won 2x my amount and tried to Withdraw. Then it tells me i need to activate KYC and after doing so it requires med to deposit 10USD MORE to be able to withdraw, and then after talking to staff named "bgmrk" im told that if i deposit the 10USD im FORCED to risk losing them by gambling to get them out again??? They told me I need to complete KYC over a $15 withdrawal. They don't even offer any type of reward that would make me consider completing KYC, so why ask for it. The first support agent I contacted told me I don't need KYC, while the other fully disabled my account for not having KYC completed. Can't regain loss money
Got banned for rewards on the site. I have been using this site for at least a year and been playing on the site having up to one thousand coins. after losing all of the money, I used the blitz system which gives coins on what level your account is. The site states I have broken the TOS, there was nothing that said I can't withdraw skins after winning and the withdrawing skins I had are only up to 50 cents or a 1 dollar. I am not stop from putting in money, which to me the site just banned me because I didn't pay enough money to play. I attended to gain my loss which most people in gambling do, I pick the blitz to slowing regain what I lost on the site, but was banned for breaking TOS which doesn't state a reason after reading it.

First of all, they blocked the ability to replenish the account without explanation.
Secondly, tech support is incredibly rude. Instead of offering an alternative deposit, to my outrage and the fact that I would leave a review, tech support replied, “You as well”.
I am an Italian citizen and have been legally residing in Spain for several years, tried to pay via my Spanish card.
I do not advise anyone to never use the services of this casino.
