I deposit my money to this site, won then i withdrawed and withdrawal never land. 18 days withdrawal stuck 0.17 solana. They told me to do kyc, i did and it got rejected. Contacted support then and told me i used fake id without evidence or argue.(i provided my id) They muted me from chat after complaining and ban me from live chat. I know yall going to read so atleast can i have my withdrawal

The live support is awful and i can't claim any rewards
The live support on the site replies to 2 messages and then goes mute i have to open 3 consecuative new tickets to finish the conversation, and when i kept asking the question which i didn't get a clear answer to, they just straight up banned me from live support, and my rewards page! So, on 01/17/2025 I decided to go through verification on this site. Everything was fine until that moment - I made deposits and withdrawals several times. After I decided to pass verification, I was blocked on the site, referring to the fact that I was verified under fake documents. From this point on: these people have access to your personal data and see absolutely all your documents and you can not be sure that they do not use them for personal purposes. When you are verified through sumsub id, they don't disclose personal data of the verified, but not in this case. I decided to ask my uncle to go through verification (he is a German resident), but his ID has expired. Ok - I went through the identification myself, using my ID. The people in question said in all seriousness that I was trying to send a Fake ID. I was banned and banned from using the service. I asked them to kindly delete my personal data, which was refused. The funny thing is that the human assistant from online chat for some reason can view my documents, it's very funny. At the moment I am preparing a pre-trial complaint with my lawyer to the European Court of Human Rights. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Any answer they give has NO VALUE.

Worst site i ever seen with csgo cases. I deposit my Ak Empress and i made 3 case battles and somehow only the enemy team (bots) were hitting 0,1% skins while i couldnt hit a 20% skin. CSGOBig Unexplained Site Ban
I signed up to CSGOBig about 25 days ago and today I was going to use the site, but in order to claim their advent calendar cases I was required to verify my identity, which I did and was successful. I opened that case after verifying, and then had to leave for about an hour. After I got back, I went to the site, and was greeted with a page that said: "Unfortunately, You've Been Banned" I did not receive an email, or a single message explaining why, and I am unable to speak with support for answers. I did absolutely nothing wrong that I am aware of but since I can't contact anyone I will never know what the problem was and their reason for banning my account before I could even make a single deposit. I believe this was done wrongfully and I would appreciate some answers, otherwise this review for CSGOBig will remain as it is.

Atrocious service
Terrible service. I had gone ahead and sent a Solana withdraw and decided to withdraw the remaining coins I had planned on gambling. As the first withdraw did not go through yet, they flagged my account and prompted me to complete KYC. after so, they claimed that I was using a stolen card and I had to email support with bank statements and proof of address! Hilarious that they are going to such lengths not to pay out a measly $50 withdraw, certainly will not recommend unless you are willing to go through this tedious process.
