The new update ruined the whole site
0.05% cashback and they completely destroyed the daily rewards. Now you have to level up every 30 days just to get one box. I used to get eight per day — now it’s not worth playing or depositing on the site at all.
They also promised crypto withdrawals, but there’s nothing to be seen. Nothing works the way it should anymore.
The new system basically forces players to “prestige” and then spend ridiculous amounts of money just to climb back to the level they already had. It doesn’t feel player-friendly anymore — it just feels like a way to squeeze money out of users.
I recommend staying away from the site and playing anywhere else. Stay away.

Unreliable horrible system
The site isn't reliable and they make horrible updates/systems that only makes things worse for us costumers. The system they had 3 years ago was perfect and everyone was satisfied!
The community just wants the same value of rewards as before from 3 years ago, also if you want more costumers just revert back to the old good system and increase xp per coin for pvp battles!! it is that simple and stop milking the costumers.

POOR DECISION MAKING
Your company claims to “help” and “listen to the community,” but this latest update shows how little you actually listen.
Nobody — and I mean nobody — asked for this. All you had to do was release higher levels. Instead, you changed the ranking system, reworked the rewards, and added features nobody cared about.
The XP rework wasn’t necessary. The dailies absolutely did not need yet another nerf.
Dailies are the main reason many players return. Not everyone has enough balance to play all the time, but they log in, claim their dailies, and maybe deposit a little. This update is going to push a lot of people away from depositing anything beyond maybe buying a skin.
When you removed the XP progression system for weekly targets, you listened — but at the same time, you nerfed dailies. Now you pretend to “improve” things while nerfing them again, by roughly 30%. And somehow you expect people to keep depositing when there are sites with lower house edges and better rewards?
Wake up.
CSGOROLL used to be my favourite site, but this chain of bad decisions is driving people away. Give it 30 days — if you don’t revert this change, you’ll see the drop in activity for yourselves.
And please, invest some of your millions into better hosting. The site was laggy even before this update, and now it’s worse.
The community just wants you to genuinely listen for once. This update might be great for whales who drop thousands per session, but I’d rather see thousands of players spending a hundred than a handful spending thousands.
Fix this — seriously.

Zero transparency between management…
Zero transparency between management and userbase, even going so far as to call its players “leeches”. Some of highest house edge in the industry, and with this new update, some of the worst rewards. This reward change came basically out of nowhere, effectively deleting any progress that users have made through the years.

Update is a big loss for everyone. Some people now need to wager around fifty thousand euros just to earn about 2 coins per day. Why change something when no one is asking for it? Update destroyed all people
Site is full of laggy. I placed 5 bets on crash and only 2 was counted. The last 3 bets cant be placed because of the lag probably. But The crash was going big. Never come back here.
The site it was more good before last update. The new update is only for The site. They ripped all people levels, dailys from 5 coins for me now its 0.3, and if i want to descend from lv 35 per exemple i will get only 1.3 coins and i turn back to lv. 1. Csgoroll going down slowly.
