Terrible Scam site
Every once in a while, they change many things that fit them and counter the players, its usually about the loyalty programs they have for players that play there for long time, so they scam their oldest and best customers, what can you expect after that.

I have always loved playing on CSGORoll and still do, because I genuinely consider it the fairest and most trustworthy platform out there. However, the latest update has been very disappointing. From the beginning, you motivated players to stay active on your site by offering the best reward system in the community, but this update has completely undermined that foundation.

You can already see the real feedback from players: the 30-key limit is simply unfair. I was level 105 before, and now I’m ranked General Major 2. Before the update, I consistently received around 200 coins per day; now I get no more than 140. In addition to that, to earn extra keys I now need to reach 12,000,000 XP or wager 1,300,000 coins, while the minimum reward over 30 days is only 4,200 coins. This doesn’t feel balanced or reasonable.

Another question is: why are we no longer allowed to open previous rank cases? This takes away a lot of the progression motivation players had.

I understand that you may need to free up resources for future projects, and as I suggested before, the optimal solution would be to bring back the old daily rewards system and introduce a fair 50/50 withdrawal rule. For example, if I receive 100 coins, I can instantly withdraw 50 coins, while the remaining 50 must be wagered before withdrawing. This system would satisfy both the players and the platform.

Yes, your 1,000,000 coin prize pool is a great initiative to attract new users, but please don’t forget about the existing community. It’s a one-time promotion that may bring in newcomers, but they won’t grind XP for ranks in the long term. As a result, you may end up losing more loyal users than you gain — at least that’s my honest opinion.

I truly believe the CSGORoll team listens to the community and will make the right decisions. Once again, I strongly believe that a 50/50 system would be the best solution for both the players and the platform.

They don't care about the community in any way, they changed their reward system 180 degrees.
I don't intend to put another dollar into this site, just as they don't respect the community - we won't respect it.

Poor management, poor decisions. They literally don't care about their customers. They lie, make false promises, and then laugh in their customers' faces. I don't recommend them.

Entirely tone deaf website. Also very laggy and unresponsive at most times. Some functions misbehave at times. Recent moves upset community.

Rug pulled the entire community, I cant wait for the FBI to get involved

The new update ruined the site. The ranked daily rewards system made continued play worthwhile. My total playthrough over the years was 460,000 coins and now I have nothing to show for it. They previously promised that once you earn a new rewards tier, you keep it forever. Not anymore!!! Greedy bastards.

The site is slow and glitchy in every other regard.

they didnt a bad update and now they are on collect mode. On top of that they have 10% comission on cases which is crazy.

site used to be good until they decided to take away everyones free cases and everyones levels completely ruining the site

site ruined after update...dailies were the only thing keeping me coming back and would still lose more in a month depoing then i would claim in dailies. leaving after my 30 days of dailies is up

They rug pulled us the users/customers multiple times on different situations. After countless "apologies" and promises to never do something negative again, guess what, they do something else to ruin the experience. If you want to save your money and time avoid the site.

If you don't fix daily's, you guys aren't going to be around in the next 3 months or so Goodluck.

Recent update ruined site, not only did the nerf our investment in the rewards (their own wording) but the site isnt usable

After 3 years of casually playing, 6 months of dumping a good amount of funds to bump my overall experience, Eye the owner and their decision makers are either tone-deaf or intentionally trying to close their site by pushing everyone away.

Once again, for the 4th time, they nerfed and neutered their daily rewards, which is what 95% of people play for... a return to player.

They now offer an "ascension" option, which is wiping all of your progress, get a .001% cash out (1.2 million wagered offered me 500 coins.... LOL!.... should've been 5000-10000K for my time and investment)

Someone should report this to someone and have them closed down for fraud, deceit and unlawful business practices.

And as of this post, they've turned off dailys completely, so you can't even access them anymore although support says "sorry the page isn't loading for some, but it should be back up soon". Not 1 person can access them right now.

We all know gambling is the shadiest business, but this dudes over at Roll sure make this business look criminal.

Site takes too long to load.
Constant unwanted changes to our EARNED rewards.
Bad Coin(market) rates.
RUINED by Greed.

The website is taking money, and not distributing even 10% of it back, They have made an update today which made long veteran clients irrelevant anymore.

Lack of games, support, and the website & battles stuck from time to time, unresponsible for a website who makes handsome profits.

Update wouldn’t be bad if the old users got the retroactive benefits so we could actually upgrade skills this system only benefits new users but more specifically the whales because of the xp if we do choose to ascend which for level 70 is only 100$ which I find ridiculous and by the looks of it when the shop comes out we will not get retroactive benefits from that also but yea as others have stated they rug pulled the shit out the player base that helped buy this psychopath his yacht I hope the site keeps getting ddosed because yall deserve it after this stunt

Rahhhhh, what dafuq is a smooth experience? Dailys are cooked, site is laggy and every button has a sound which cant be turned off because the button in the settings isnt saving so I am getting earraped every time I am logging back in.
Also one coins is worth 60ct so keept that in mind if you win "big".
