48 hours after purchase, they did not give me my GTA cash. They didn't try to login, didn't answer discord ticket and web chat they didn't reply in a timely fashion and 15 mins after the last message they asked for steam account info even though I specified it was through epic. For my son's account, we used level lifters and he already has his money even though I bought his a day after I paid for mine.

Bought an old steam account just get flagged for it being a stolen account after 5 days. After communicating with their support I was told to contact Steam Support which I did and when they requested ownership via providing the originally used email to create the account, alp they state is there is nothing they can do.

No refund is actioned, no replacement account even though I purchased games on it.

Total wast of time and money.

Bought plenty of accounts from them and I swear everytime I'm stuck for hrs waiting on customer service. I've been stuck for now 2 days waiting for them to change the email password because the one I received was wrong. This is a legitimate company and I enjoy their accounts but the customer service is to slow. I get maybe an hr but 2 days is seriously to much.
