Very helpful and knowledgeable Operator

The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and really knew her job. Gave me a lot of confidence to sign up to Travel Insurance with you. Explained everything fully - but in a talking 'down' to me way. Very impressed with the time she gave me and patience with answering any questions in a very knowledgeable way.

Great experience and value

This was my first experience with this company, as first impressions go it was great. I purchased worldwide travel insurance over the phone. The whole experience was quick and easy, Amy (the agent) was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. I was able to buy the travel cover I needed and at a very competitive price, based on my current medical condition.

Having been given several ridiculous…

Having been given several ridiculous high quotes for travel insurance I decided to enquire the cost of NHS retirement Fellowship insurance. I spoke with Lee over the phone, Lee was very polite, helpful and pleasant young man. The quote he gave was a pleasant surprise compared to the others I had received, with that in mind I had no hesitation in excepting it. It is also reassuring that retired NHS staff get a service they deserve.

Value for money

My wife and I carried out a great deal of research to find the best value travel insurance based on our ages (mid 70’s). Because we occasionally travel to the USA and premiums quoted by most other insurers were extortionate it was obvious we should we should join the CSIS scheme.

Outstanding professional service with speedy resolution.

Unfortunately had to make a cancellation claim recently. The team at CSIS were kind, helpful and efficient throughout. The claim was dealt with extremely quickly within 4 days of having been submitted. Overall I had outstanding service from a professional team.

Home and contents Insurance.

I chose CSIS To insure my home and contents,the premium was considerably lower than other insurance providers,including my present provider.Ifound the on line procedure easy to follow.
Ihad occasion to contact them by phone,the assistant was very polite and helpful,and solved my query right away.Iwould strongly recommend CSIS,to anyone eligible.

Being able to speak to a person

Being able to speak to a person, to as questions and get an immediate response, as to pressing buttons and not getting the answer to what you want. Speaking to a person saves time and anxiety.

Talking to a human being instead of a screen

I was delighted to be able to speak to someone when organising my insurance. It’s nice to know there is a contact person for advice and to ask a question. Amy was extremely supportive and nice and I felt comfortable that it was being handled in a caring and efficient manner.
