A top class company providing high class service.
I have used CS Properties for over 7 years now. Without doubt they are a supremely efficient and professional company. As I live over 200 miles from my rented property it is impossible to support it directly. CS Properties provide a service far better than I could, and across the whole range of services. They are always accessible even in emergencies and sort things out quickly and efficiently using their access to professional services. I have just had to get replacement tenants and they have performed this so that there is no break in tenancy.
On top of all of this each person I have dealt with has been approachable, friendly, and professional.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to have their rental property maintained and managed. They are first class.
