Got exactly what I wanted for great price, good delivery time and very helpful staff couldn’t ask for much more will be using again

This is going to be a bit of an odd review as I ended up returning everything for a full refund. Credit where credit is due though as their customer service was absolutely spot on and I only wish more companies could be this good to their customers. I bought a few bits for my Merc c class coupe after recommendations from 3 different people including a professional fitter. I bought a spoiler and some wing mirrors covers. Sadly, the 1st spoiler had a defect in the carbon weave and fitment wasn't great. The replacement came at the same time as the wing mirror covers as they were on back order. The covers looked absolutely stunning but sadly the fitment was not great. Rather than return them and wait for more to arrive, they sent me another set to try first. Whilst better fitting, sadly the fitment was still not great and that set had a defect in the carbon weave. Decided to give up and return the lot for a full refund which I have received. I've still given 4 stars because I've since spoken to those who recommended CT Carbon to me and I do believe I've just been really unlucky here. Harry who handled this for me was amazing, very responsive to my (many) emails. The main point to take away if you're reading this and considering buying from them is you can buy with confidence knowing if there is a problem they will sort you out. Let's be honest, these are 3rd party modifications so there's always going to be a bit of a lottery in terms of fitment/quality. Other companies selling car mods like this basically make it impossible to return or refund, especially if you've already fitted something to your car. Whilst sadly on this occasion it didn't work out, I would still recommend CT Carbon and will consider buying again in the future. Also, Harry is an absolute credit to the company.

I have purchased a number of carbon fibre items from CT Carbon and today I had the opportunity to go and see the team to get some items fitted, I have to say from the initial phone conversation with harry and then meeting the fitters I was massively impressed. The knowledge they have is exceptional and the care taken whilst installing was nothing short of perfection. All of the carbon fibre items are made to a very high standard and having made the mistake in the past, ie buying from china, I will never do that again. If you are looking for quality then look no further because CT Carbon will jump through hoops in making sure you get the best service. With all of the latter in mind I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CT Carbon to any would be customer. Thanks guys you’ve made petrol head pensioner very happy. David

Great company to deal with. The team were literally waiting at the door for me to arrive promptly at my allocated fitting time and the job was finished by the time they originally said it would. The carbon is great quality and fitment is very good. Quite clearly you get what you pay for and although not the cheapest, it’s fair to say that value for money is far more important, which these products definitely are!! 100% recommended

I purchased a full kit and had the items installed the same day. Excellent service from all members of the team including the puppy.
High end quality carbon which fits perfectly and looks amazing. Finishes my car off and makes it stand out from all others.
I highly recommend them and will be returning with any other cars I purchase in the future.

With a choice of places I could get one from, I decided on CT Carbon. Social Media and website looked good for me to give confidence in ordering. Free fast Delivery and the Item was packed really well.
The Diffuser is really top quality with no imperfection and has transformed the rear of the car to Match the gloss black grill and wing mirrors of my Shadow Edition. Highly Recommend using CT Carbon
