We ordered bathroom floor and wall tiles from their Newcastle branch. Unfortunately, whilst 3 out of 4 various size tile options were perfect, another set in a different size, had a slightly different pattern. When we complained, they acknowledged our issue and took them back without any argument, and supplied us more of the correct pattern. Emails and telephone call responses came very quickly and we were impressed by their care and speedy attention. I wish all suppliers could have their attitude to customer care.

I needed some tiles to match my existing bathroom, the only place that stocked them was here (they were being discontinued). Tim was extremely helpful in holding the last packs for me whilst I arranged a courier, as well as safely packaging and helping facilitate the shipping. Great communication and customer service throughout. The order was small value for CTD, but meant I've not needed to re-tile a whole bathroom, so a huge help for me. Above, beyond and not unnoticed.

But I was looking for adhesive and wasn’t aware there were so many but he advised me on what would be best fitting for the job, for a young lad I was surprised at his knowledge & customer service.

Excellent service and very pleased with the tiles. Tim and Nick had a great knowledge about all of their tiles and were really helpful to me in picking suitable ones, as well as choosing matching grout, suitable adhesive etc. Tim was particularly patient! Nothing was too much trouble, and I'm delighted with my finished bathroom with their tiles on the floor and walls.

Purchased tiles for Kitchen, brilliant choice, price very reasonable. Staff are very helpful and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A massive thank you to Sam at CTD Tiles Warrington. I contacted Sam last Friday and advised that our local CTD Tile shop has closed and we were short of tiles to finish our kitchen. I gave Sam the name of the tiles we required, she was straight on it and advised a delivery had come in to their shop in Warrington. She put aside the box of tiles we required and we collected the following day, driving from Huddersfield.
Sam was so helpful, informative, with a cheerful disposition. Thank you so much Sam for registering us on your system. CTD Warrington !! you have a wonderful employee who deserves recognition for her customer service. We will certainly use CTD again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
