I I would like to recommend CTD Tile showroom Poole, they are always helpful, ready to answer questions and give free advise and even show you other places to buy tiles if they don’t have them. Very good at listening to what you want. Well done CTD

Visited many tile shops but ctd tiles was up there, kind friendly helpful staff, will definitely be using these guys for future projects.

Used CTD for our bathroom tiles in May 2025 - Kam was brilliant - tiles received but few were broken - extra tiles ordered and sorted . All good . Visited again on Saturday for tiles for 2nd bathroom - excellent service once again. Highly recommend .

Cameron was so welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable and gave us some practical and excellent advice, plus a brilliant service.

We over ordered some of our main tiles, but Cameron was happy for us to return the unopened boxes.

Would highly recommend CTD.

how amazing is this store the service in branch and over the phone is exceptinal and andy is always there with great product knowledge and happy to help if youn need any tiles they will always try and accomidate

My experience with this store was great. Both Kam and Luke provided great customer service. I also received the purchased items in a timely manner via delivery.

Terrible service since they shut the Perth store. Have completed 2 bathrooms with the Perth store and wanted to move on to the 3rd. However Perth store was closed and now trying to get details of the tiles we sampled for the 3rd bathroom. 2 emails and a week later no response whatsoever

After ordering our tiles, there was an unexpected delay with the delivery of replacement tiles, this started to cause us an issue with trades and we were in danger of not having a bathroom for the foreseeable 😞
I called the main office Customer Service, straight away they took the details and within 15minutes Lee returned my call and after listening to my moaning and our situation he immediately looked to resolve it.
Next morning we received the missing tiles!

He kept us informed throughout the process of what he was doing, even phoning us at 7pm with the latest update!

no refund even if they told you could..
Bought some additional grout to finish a job, went the next day to return a couple of bags as not used but they refused to refund the money...
even if they told me I could return it, they say simply “no”

I used them several times and they have good stuff but the quality of the service is the reason I will never buy anything from them ever again..
especially when a couple of miles down the road there is another shop where the staff goes the extra mile to help you out (and they refund you even after 3 months..)

Always helpful and accommodating. Kevin is knowledgable and friendly, helping us to explore available options and if problems do occur, able to find quick, painless solutions.

Searched everywhere for bathroom tiles, stumbled across CTD in Warrington and found exactly what we were looking for. The Team there are really helpful, would recommend.

Derek and the other staff members at CTD in Aberdeen were very helpful and patient. I could not decide on tiles and their advice was invaluable. I am very pleased with the tile I eventually chose which looks lovely on my kitchen floor.
