Tiles a week late despite having been assured of delivery. Poor customer service still unable to confirm when delivery will occur. Tiler now on another job- disappointed.

Staff here are brilliant , but the new owners are going to run this place into the ground if they don't stop putting price rises on products , floor flex now £20 ex vat. This is a joke . You should be looking after trade as we are a large part of your income, ontop of sending customers your way.. already looking elsewhere for better prices as well as several other tilers I know.

I spent half a day trying to source a tile. Phoned CTD where Jamie checked and told me it was in stock. With some trepidation i set out from Luton to Watford by train and bike but was delighted to get the tiles I needed. Really easy to deal with…..Recommended

I met Liz and told her my ideas, in the end with advise and seeing other tiles we got an idea together. I was told that there could be a charge of 10% on any boxes of tiles that I returned to the store.
The charge was actually 20% so please be aware of this policy when purchasing tiles from CTD.

been using ctd in norwich for years always a great shop to get all your tiles,grout,adhesive with all the best brands in stock weber,bal,mapei,ardex the staff are always helpful will use the for years to come.

I have been into the London road , Glasgow branch on a couple of occasions to pick up some tiles and bags of adhesive on behalf of my sister, and the staff , especially Lorraine and Rick who both have been absolutely 1st class and very helpful and their excellent customer service attitude, from collecting to even placing the items on a trolley and taking it out to the car and loading it into the car with no fuss at all..
