A 7-week holiday of a lifetime for a solo oldie to Australia and New Zealand was planned to perfection by Claire in Bristol. CVIRUS turned this into a 7-day trauma. What a relief to have C the World advising, organising and doing everything necessary to get back safely to the UK. This was not my first experience of this outstanding service and hopefully will not be the last. I would not consider setting off on any future adventure without the confidence and security of such totally personal commitment and support. Thanks are due to Claire and all concerned in coping with such unprecedented demands on their time and expertise.

In these challenging times of the Coronavirus outbreak, Julie has cancelled our upcoming trip with great efficiency and no fuss and we've lost no money at all. What an amazing team! We have had many holidays booked by Julie with C The World and cannot fault a single one. We never have to worry, even about the finest detail and we can always rest assured that if there are problems beyond our control, Julie will step in like a knight in shining armour, to sort us out! we were stuck in Langkawi, and needed to get home asap as the resort was closing , and we were going to be confined to our villa.. The team arranged new flights and passes, within 24 hours we were on our way home. Excellent service above and beyond, so our grateful thanks.

Where do I start in describing just how excellent this company is? I first used them when I tried to book a long and complicated trip Down Under, and decided I ought to use an agent. By the time Carolyn had completed our itinerary she'd shaved £5000 off the price I'd come up with, and we were going to, and staying in all the same places. When considering a River Cruise she directed us to Tauck, a company we hadn't heard of before and now we wouldn't use anyone else. We even did a safari with them last August. In these troubled times of Coronavirus Carolyn has reorganised our upcoming trip with great speed and no fuss and we've lost no money at all. She also takes care of our American friends who travel with us and they say the same, they wouldn't go to anyone else for their vacation specials.

In these awful time's we are all experiencing? I have to write a review with regards to a much valued member of the sales consultant team. I am sure at circumstances as these, ‘C’ The World are encountering many unhappy, dissatisfied customers? Andre, sales consultant team member has absolutely no idea I am writing this! I am delighted to have the pleasure to say, I am writing with nothing but highest praise, Andre goes above and beyond his call of duty, he is such a delightful, caring, kind, professional member of the team we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, please believe me when I say he is a fantastic asset to the company!

I had flown to the USA to stay with old friends for 3 weeks and the flights had all been arranged by the C The World team. Five days into my stay the Convid-19 escalated and they called me to get me out of the USA if I wanted. This I did and they got me on a flight back within 36 hours. If they had note been able to do tis I would have definitely been stuck in the USA for several months. As an 80 year old pensioner I am extremely grateful and impressed by the dedicated service that they gave me. Such professionalism in these days is often not given and it is good to see that they apply such a impressive service. They have my deep gratitude and thanks.

My Mum has just returned from Florida early due to Corona virus concerns. Rachel & Carolyn were absolutely superb during this concerning time. Their patience, advice and prompt response in changing the booking enabled Mum to get home safely today.

Service and knowledge all in one

We first used caroline to book our honeymoon, we gave her our ideas about what we wanted and boy did she deliver!! Our honeymoon from beginning to end met our brief beyond what we had dreamt of! Caroline and her team provided a wealth of knowledge whilst travelling around Japan and we ended up relaxing on a remote island that could only be reached by a seaplane which we could never have found ourselves. We were a couple that was more than happy to make our own travel bookings however after our experience with C The World we have changed our minds! As such we recently entrusted Caroline to book our family holiday to Florida and most recently due to the Corna Virus we urgently needed to get our son back home, whilst we were on hold to Emirates waiting to talk to someone Caroline and talked us through everything and booked and their flights home. We cannot praise Caroline and the team enough. Thank you so much

Julie and Steve, worked so hard to ensure that we had a trip of a lifetime to celebrate a very special birthday, the service was first class, the time they took to create a smooth time table, as we were visiting, Fiji, New Zealand and ending with a week in New York, was superb, we felt confident knowing we were in safe hands, a professional service, as always. We intend to book with the team again next year, and can't rate them highly enough.

My Dad is partially sighted and 87 years old and booked a trip to Australia to see my sister with C The World. The service he received was brilliant, from booking the holiday to visas to checking him in online. They were very helpful and very kind. I would highly recommend this company.

Fabulous trip to Mauritius/Dubai! All the arrangements were exactly as per itinerary and all worked well for us. We certainly benefitted from the first hand knowledge of the hotels/resorts which were perfectly suited to us as a family. We have just returned from a fabulous week in Mauritius. It was a surprise trip that I arranged for my husband's 50th birthday and Carolyn and her team were fantastic from the start, helping me to choose the right part of the island to stay and the most fantastic hotel. The service by C the world from start to finish was fantastic! They also organised a trip for us to Bangkok, Bali and Hong Kong a couple of years ago and whenever we need travel advice and ideas of where to go, they always do a great job! Thank you!

We have just returned from Hong Kong & Macau. somewhere that has been on our wish list for a while, and a great place to celebrate our 60th birthdays. It's a long time since we booked with a travel agent, as we usually book flights & hotels direct, but we felt some extra help in planning the trip, plus the added financial protection, was worth it on this occasion. Laura at C the World in Henleaze was extremely helpful and professional, coming up with an itinerary and suggestions according to our requirements. The booking process was seamless - in fact all was fine until my husband damaged his back just as we were about to leave for the airport! We didn't let this ruin our holiday however, so continued with our trip. Despite much pain, little sleep, and a wheelchair, we saw most things we had planned to see. The current political situation with protests in Hong Kong meant some areas were out of bounds, but the major tourist sites were unaffected. Laura had organised a local guide for us with Bamboo Travel, and without him, we would have been completely stuck. He went above and beyond to get us to a hospital, waited with us until my husband had received treatment, then got us safely back to our hotel. He showed genuine concern throughout our stay, and really looked after us. It was a relief to be able to email Laura and ask if we could change our seats for the return journey - she did it all for us, and arranged wheelchair assistance with airline. We take so much for granted in life, we're so fortunate to be able to travel, but when something goes wrong, you really do need help and support from the right people. For us, C the World were the right people.Thanks for all your help, we will definitely book with you again.

We have just returned from our fantastic family holiday in Orlando, Florida which we booked with C The World. The very knowledgeable and experienced Steve in the Bath office put together a package for us and did all the hard work so that the holiday ran smoothly from start to finish. We can't thank him enough. We had a beautiful Villa for 2 weeks, a hire car and passes for the Universal and Disney theme parks which worked really well for the family. We had an amazing experience with C the World, specifically the branch in Bristol where Laura helped my mother and I plan our first trip to New York. Laura truly put together a great itinerary, from flights, finding the perfect accomodation located right at the heart of Mid-town Manhattan, and helped us with choosing the tourist attraction pass which suited us best. We spent a wonderful, and busy, 5 days enjoying NYC and can't wait to plan another trip with C the World!
