It was a very informative session, i enjoyed the delivery and the consciousness at which the facilitators delivered the material. It made it more impactful and meaningful for me in my line of work.

The presentation was well organized and presented with theory and practice. The facilitator is also knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the group discussion, and also learned from other experienced participants.

Excellent seminar. The information was organized and well presented. The speaker connected the information to the listener as if it were a live seminar. The speaker's experience was relevant and his transparency of how he has learned from each interaction was helpful.

I believe that the place felt safe to share and the presenters were awesome inthe way they presented making everyone to able to share and ask questions. I felt so safe right to share and it felt awesome to release some stress.

I had a difficult time at an in-person event and CTRI's staff was very understanding and kind and helped me get into a virtual training. They went above and beyond to be accommodating and I am very thankful.

That i got to learn more tools to work with my clients. It was a pleasure also to meet people different agency's and community and I've learned that i'm not the only one that went through bad brad

Fantastic resource, and I return for refreshers often. Only suggestion would be to have a date stamp on the webinars, as I submit them for my CE credits and they aren't arranged by date! It would save me having to track the ones I've done already...thanks!

Registrations were going well until we starting having issues with the tax exemption invoicing. I have had to request tax free invoices be sent back to me for payment and then keep receiving emails that my training is not paid for when it has been and is indicated paid on the website. Not sure what is happening, if there is a new process but it has not been indicated to me.

the facilitators were amazing. The material was very informative and the way it was presented was perfect. I would definitely be recommending the workshop to my supervisors and coworkers.

This was a very good group. Very good discussions. Lots of breaks which helped keep my concentration on the material when it was being facilitated. The facilitators made the material interesting and easy to understand.

Thefaciliatoir was very good at rolling out the information. The cohort was engaged. I learned so much about my own style and others.

This was excellent de-escalation training. I really appreciated how thorough Shelly was when explaining things. I appreciated her relatable and relevant real life stories. Collaborating through break out room activities was very helpful to learning the techniques, as was hearing other people's perspectives. The self evaluations were also great for bringing self awareness, which is imperative to knowing what we need to work on.

The facilitator for the vicarious trauma workshop was amazing! She had significant experience that helped her relate to a variety of contexts. The information presented and engagement with other attenders through breakout rooms made for an engaging experience.

A training of high quality content presented clearly and succinctly. It is also affordable and accessible, making it convenient for the learner to complete at their own pace. What’s there not to like …

Pretty solid set up, helped me get quick and good workshops. Good deals to bulk buy courses and for associations as well.
