My tutor Rachel was amazing, she was always on hand when I needed help or advice. She was really quick to reply to my emails as well. She helped me a lot managing my expectations and helped me work out how to find time to study around my family.
The course itself was very helpful, I feel more confident talking to parents and generally more confident in doing what I'm doing. I also feel more inspired coming up with ideas educating the children. I'd do the course again if I could,no doubt.
Just completed a Level 3 in Housing and property Management Apprenticeship. Jo was my assessor she was amazing, very supportive all the way through and was mindful of my dyslexia, also answered emails and phone calls quickly when need of help.

I have just completed a level 3 TA course. I can’t praise Sam enough for her help throughout this course. After falling pregnant during my apprenticeship, Sam was very flexible and helped me to get my qualification in time for my maternity leave. She has been fantastic from start to finish.
Thank you.

Studying a short course in Data Security and the Data Protection act, my tutor is Janet Henderson and I'm really impressed with the course. Over my 35 year career in IT I've taken dozens of courses and this one is excellent. Janet's feedback on my submitted assignments came back within just a few hours, fantastic response and great help. I would highly recommend this course and tutor for exceeding my expectations, thank you!

I have recently completed my Teaching assistant level 3 qualification, I received so much help and support from CT skills. i needed to complete my maths functional skills, I attended maths works shops with Jayne Calver and 1-1 sessions with my assessor Sam Shipston, I received so much support and encouragement from her I feel she went above and beyond to help me succeed.

I have been completing my Level 5 Leaderships with Lucy Caughtry and I can't put into words how amazing she has been throughout completing my course. Lucy has really helped and supported me to the best of her ability she gave me a lot of her time, always offered reassurance and guided me throughout. I really don't know how I would of done this course without the help of Lucy.
Very helpful and informative and always making sure you know what you are doing, where you are up to and also putting your wellbeing first.
I want to say a huge thank you to Sam Shipston. During my apprenticeship experience I felt so much support from Sam, if i had any issue or any question I feel more than comfortable to go to her for help. During some tough times through my apprenticeship Sam made me feel like I could do this and helped me push through to be in the position I am now. I would recommend CT Skills and Sam Shipston to anyone beginning their apprenticeship journey.

Lesley was very rude, need to sort her attitude out.

My assessor, Sam Shipston, has been brilliant. Very supportive and gave me great feedback which helped me see which of the apprenticeship criteria I was meeting with every piece of coursework. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to complete an apprenticeship!
I have never felt more supported with an apprenticeship company! After going with an apprenticeship company in my last role, I felt lost. I felt reassured as soon as I stepped on a call with Jo Pickard. Throughout the entire course she has been there every second to support me. After some pushbacks on my end, she made me feel as though I could complete this course and I couldnt be happier!

Anyone thinking of using CT skills to enhance their learning should definitely go for it!

I have had an excellent past year and a half with CTSkills. Not only because of the learning resources that are provided but also because of my wonderful assessor Amy Grzebisz. She is absolutely excellent at what she does providing support whenever its needed. She has been an assessor and a friend all in one and I couldn't be happier with the last year we had. I could not recommend her enough <3

I started level 2 course and was very excited until for to the second assessment with 120 pages to read and 40 questions to do that are all like 'explain 4 methods of.... and list its advantages and disadvantages... and you get 10 days to do it all. And the next assigment is in 5 days with 19 questions and it just goes on like this for 6 weeks. Its crazy, unrealistic deadlines unless you can study all day long. It just brough unnecessary stress in my life along with my full-time job and 2 young children who need homework done with them. Don't bother with this course unless you have 8 free hours a day to study.

I have nothing but praise for the support I've received from Amy during my apprenticeship. I took a break in learning but Amy still touched base with me regularly to monitor how I was doing and has always been helpful with any difficulties or problems I have experienced with regards to the workload. The apprenticeship is intense and doing this alongside a full time post is a lot of work, but Amy has always been understanding and flexible.
There are elements of the course I would improve and feel the online dashboard could be simplified and be more user friendly, but overall, it has significantly improved my skillset as a team leader.

I was signed up with this company through work to help me gain the qualifications I need. Since joining they have progressed my English, math's to level 2 and now I've gained a level 3 qualification in childcare. I can`t thank Rachel enough for the support she has given me. She has also provided me with a confidence boost if it wasn`t for Rachel believing in me when I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have gotten this far in my course. So, I`d like to thank the company for my opportunity as I'm grateful I've finally got the qualifications I needed and thankyou to Rachel for her belief and support throughout she is a credit to the company. As now for the amazing opportunity soon I`d like to take up my Level 5 and progress even more. CT skills from what I've experienced would be highly recommended if you are willing to progress and put the work in.
