I have had a really positive experience with CT Skills they have supported me from start to finish throughout my apprenticeship, allowed me the ability to grow in confidence and ability at my own pace and have been consistently encouraging, using positive reinforcement. Particularly, my tutor Jo has helped me in every aspect of the course and has pushed me when needed to get to where I am. I would massively recommend CT Skills and Jo to anyone looking to upskill or start their career in a new industry.

My assessor, Deanne, was amazing start to finish. I faced quite a few difficulties within my job but she was always there to help, support and guide me through it. I would highly reccomend CT Skills I couldn’t have asked for a better assessor and found the whole process to be smooth from start to finish.

CT Skills is a brilliant company to do an apprenticeship with. My assessor was so supportive and helpful throughout the apprenticeship, and you can tell they really care about their students. I felt that I was understood and supported with my health issues, too. My maths tutor was also brilliant and such a lovely lady. I thought that I'd never pass my maths before meeting her!! CT Skills staff are really professional and also very caring. I would definitely recommend an apprenticeship with them!!

I was signed up on a coding course and was given one year to complete it. It was not very interesting being all theory. I started it in June24, but found my account had been deleted in Feb25. I had received one lot of feedback about my work from the tutor in Jan25, but it was not relevant to the work I had submitted and appeared to be a blanket response - this was the first red flag. I emailed both my tutor and the company about my account being deactivated - I was still doing the course and was about half way through but was fitting it around a very busy, professional job. To this day have not had a response, despite a reminder. I am disappointed that I wasted many hours on this course and certainly would not recommend the company - they do manage to send me a number of marketing emails a month to encourage me to purchase additional courses. My advice is to steer clear of them.

This is my first apprenticeship with CT Skills. My assessor is Antonia and she has supported me so much throughout my apprenticeship and offered support and reassurance all the way through . Jayne was my maths tutor and i couldn't have passed maths without Jayne and Antonia. I will defiantly be looking to do another apprenticeship through CT Skills. All together i have had a really good experience so thank you to you all.

Due to my role within my organisation it can often be quite hectic to complete such a course (Team Leader Level 3.) However, the support provided was great. Ian Peal my mentor/tutor played a big part in this and ensured that all of the deadlines were met and was really supportive and positive throughout the experience, ensuring any questions or queries I had would be answered and rather quick too. Thanks to his support I was able to complete my course with with a distinction.

His always there to offer support and guidance. Ian always helps me to keep on track and is there to answer any questions and provide relevant resources to help me throughout my apprenticeship.

This is my second apprenticeship through CT Skills and I am even more impressed the second time around. The support I've received has been excellent, a special shoutout to Janet and Gina who have been fabulous and the most supportive people I could have asked for. A really positive experience!
Janet has been great and has helped me every step of the way during my level 3 AAT apprenticeship. She has kept me on track and has always been there if I had any questions. She was happy to explain things in a different way if I still didn’t quite understand something, and I will be forever grateful for her guidance during my apprenticeship.
My assessor Rachel has been amazing throughout my apprenticeship and supported me with all my work. Anytime I needed help she would be there to support, she has helped me navigate challenges which helped me to succeed.
Words can’t express how grateful I am from the support Rachel has helped me with!
I would definitely recommend CT Skills to anyone who may be interested. Especially, Lucy who spent time with myself, and gave me good confidence. I want to say a massive thank you to the team and the staff who have been part of me completing my studies, I really do appreciate the time and effort.
they always say the teacher who is kind and caring is the one who helps children thrive and rachel is the pure definition of that. rachel had so much time and patience for me and i could not be anymore grateful. 🫶

I have had the best journey, experience and support offered through CT Skills. I could not have achieved my qualification without the flexibility CT Skills gave me. The care, kindness and encouragement I received from my assessor Donna WL was more than I could have ever asked for, Donna went above and beyond to ensure I was ok, felt supported and had everything I needed to complete my work. I could not have got to the end of my course and reached the distinction grades I got on my assignments without her support. I will be forever grateful to have had this experience to share with Donna. Due to the flexibility I was able to complete my course with a very busy family and work life. CT Skills offers so many extra learning opportunities during and after you reach your qualification, the opportunities are endless. Thank you Donna and CT Skills for helping me believe in myself again and becoming successful in my chosen carer.

Clair has been amazing throughout my apprenticeship, her content delivery is fantastic and is done at a pace which suits me. As well as this, she has helped me navigate challenges I've faced both inside and outside of work which has enabled me to succeed.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Clair as my tutor over the last year, CT Skills have a gem on their hands!

Overall this experience was okay, my assessor was fantastic, so supportive and helped me out with anything I needed. I would also always opt for physical face to face session if you have the choice.
However, to anyone looking for an apprenticeship in childcare do not do it. Everything I learned during my coursework was off my own back with limited resources from CT skills themselves other than the odd workshop. Everything you learn is down to you doing your own research with zero guidance. You will rarely get any designated time for study leave due to the demand of the job itself. If I had to turn the tables and change my choice, I would have opted to go to college, you will learn a lot more doing a weekly placement whilst being in college and will have much more guidance and help with coursework, especially if you're doing GCSE's or Functional skills along side it. Due to the workload and hours it can be quite exhausting to do course work and long hours combined and the course personally took me much longer than suggested due to the circumstances.

I have had Donna as my assessor throughout both my level 2 and level 3 and she has been absolutely amazing. She’s always been there to offer reassurance and support whenever I’ve needed her, no matter the time. I really couldn’t have gone through this apprenticeship with anyone else, and CT Skills are extremely lucky to have a staff member as dedicated to their job as her.
