Great people to deal with and great service. I would tell anyone who’s thinking about moving to get ahold of you guys very first thing, trust me because I have called the other companies and none of them compare to the wonderful experience I have had with these guys!
I would use them next time I would be moving in a heartbeat!

Was happy with the service. Enough room to put your items. Like the fact that its lifts straight up vs tilting.

This is the third time we have used Cubeit for driveway storage during home renovation.
Staff on the telephone are friendly and helpful. The contracts are easy to understand. Cube got dropped off and picked up when planned. My only complaint with our cube this time is it was very dirty inside. I had to sweep it out and wipe it down as we were keeping fabric furniture in it and racks of hanging clothing.
Otherwise I would rent one again!

Great service, friendly driver, ContaIner rates are very reasonable. Will never move with a pickup again.

I paid for the first month up front than I was invoiced again a few weeks later than again at the end of each month. I had to continuously call for invoices being charged when it shouldn't of been charged. I was charged for a lock which I have called many time to remove off the invoice and credit my Visa which still hasn't happen.

I question if I am actually getting a better monthly rate for the cube than the pod company charges. The pickup time I was given was approximately 120 minutes, they arrived in about 35 minutes. I was not happy & in a panic due to being told 120 minutes. There have been a couple of issues but I don’t know that I will refer this company to friends, family or colleagues.

Using Cubeit was an awesome experience. They arrived when they said they would and same for the pickup.Communication I would rate at a 10.
I moved from BC to Alberta everything went without a hiccup.
I would definitely recommend them and so much cheaper than a moving company.

Everything went quite smoothly, except for a slight disconnect with dispatch back east. They told me that the driver couldn't level the container on our driveway, when in fact he could, and was quite happy to. The driver was great, and the container worked very well for our needs. We have, and will continue to recommend Cubeit to others.

Driver was great; a really awesome guy! Office staff were great! Costco member ship deal was great! I was really pleased with my Cube it experience. We even ordered 2 Cube its. Really, it was all so convenient and flexible.

not great were:
1) no weekend drop offs or pickups. This was a serious problem for us moving out on June 1st, a Saturday. This reality really threw a spanner in the works and I had to pack the Cube it on my own in a hurry for Thursday. This last minute panic was super stressful and is the reason I have given 3 stars.

2) the phone response for existing customers was slow (so I called the new customer line and got an immediate answer). This was goofy, but the staff were very helpful.

I have great experience if I need I use Cubeit again .

stores is very lean and iit was very suprising for me I find i hot summer was inot hot there at all..

I love the idea of taking my time loading and unloading but the driver put a whole in my driveway and I reported it and nobody has tried to contact me and truly I don’t have time to chase

I found Cubeit to be extremely professional and helpful. They do whatever they can to meet your needs, even when last minute changes have to be done.

Having said that, I do find them to be very pricey. I've used them for two separate moves now because of their efficiency, but each time the final cost has knocked the wind out of me.

I have two containers with the company, they nice on the phone and drivers are polite, but waiting for a delivery date can be long. As well I tried booking a 3rd bin but some how my reservation got "lost'" called in and was told that I need to book again and wait 2 more weeks for delivery. Lol. A little funny in twisted way however it really caused a problem for my company, booking was work related and this delay is not only inconvenient but also very damaging to our business. At this time waiting for a supervisor to call me back and hopping that they will do something to fix this.
UPDATE- Spoke with a dispatch supervisor, they able to assist and provide bin next day. Great follow-up,
