Would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Cubitt & West for helping me throughout the process of selling my flat. In particular, Julie Bramble the Sales Progressor was fantastic throughout. Very helpful, supportive and very competent at her job. I don't think I'd of made it through the process without her!

Thanks to Julie and Jasmine from North End branch - provided us with timely responses and managed the communication during our purchase fantastically.

We purchased our house with Cubbit & West 14 years ago and as much as we can remember it was good experiance. But today we completed selling that same house with Cubbit & West after attempting to sell it with 2 other estate agents without much luck. I have to admit Cubbit & West customer service was much better, they weren't pushy about reducing price when we didn't have enough viewings and they kept us updated with progress almost every week, Julie Bramble was great to work with. Overall selling the house was a decent experiance with Cubbit & West Portsmouth. I wouldn't hesitate again in the future.

Julie Bramble, Cubitt and West's Sales Progressor did an outstanding job for me in the recent purchase of my flat. She kept me abreast of the progress of both solicitors, chased them when necessary and while we did not hit my desired exchange and completion date I was kept up to date on progress and was able to plan around delays as a result.

Everyone in the Banstead office were super helpful, communication was brilliant and they kept us updated each step of the way in the buying process. They also recommended the solicitors we went with who were also very efficient.

Ava, Ruby and Ciaran were so helpful and kind. They helped me every step of the way to get my dream home. I am so grateful.

We originally came into contact with cubit and west when Mark showed us a property we were very impressed with his pro active approach and that is what lead to us choosing to list out property with cubit to sell. We described what type of property we were looking for Edward listened to exactly what we were after and managed to show us the property we are in now befor it went live, originally mapleleaf was out of our budget but thanks to James and Lorraine who worked extremely hard to negotiate a deal for us we were able to purchase our dream home, Lorraine was amazing on the sell of our property always keeping us up to date. Julie from the Portsmouth brunch was especially helpful going between our buyers and the solicitors and answering any questions we had We would definitely use cubit and west again in the future and always recommend to family and friends. We had superb service from the Southwater branch from start to finish. We had plenty of obstacles during our move, but Dionne, Julie and Emma were always available to help us. In what was a difficult process they made things so much easier.

My experience with Cubitt and West, specifically Katie Sheridan and Abbie Tallack was exceptional taking a significant amount of stress moving to a new area! I thought selling was stressful and didn't expect the rental market to be such a challenge.

I went to all the estate agents as advised when going to a new area and these guys were head and shoulder above the rest. Specifically -
1. Took real time to understand my circumstances, what was a must have, where's decent and where not which as an outsider you don't have a clue so are very much in you agent hands, Spent time, listened, educated me on areas so their recommendation met my needs spot on.

2. No bullshit, straight to the point and tells you what is fair price or not etc, their approach gave trust immediately.

3. Most important landing me the best property I have rented ever, meets all needs and surpasses some all with budget.

I can save you a day of your life if you listen to this review, engaging 9 estate agents is blooming time consuming so don't bother and just go to these guys first.

Thanks to Katie and Abbie the 'dynamic duo' who made a stressful situation very easy with no fuss.

Our experience with Cubitt and West Crawley branch had been amazing. Nicole Holland the office manager had been very welcoming and patient since the beginning. The team had indeed been very prompt and professional in handling even the smallest of things that did ease the transfer. We had a very good journey with Cubitt and West throughout the process and would definitely recommend them. Hood luck and cheers !!!

First off, this should be no stars.
I arranged to view 2 properties in the Yapton area both confirmed by email, I arrived 30 mins before the due time of 3pm at the first property and waited till 3.30, I phoned office and spoke to them and they said no bookings in diary for either property. I asked for manager to call me back and instead an hour later the sales rep who should have showed me round phoned me and said her car had broken down and she had left her mobile in the office so either she is lying or the person who took my call earlier is. I won't go into all the other excuses she gave on a public forum. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time that this same person has done this to me, approx 2 months ago she did the same at another property we had arranged to view and when I contacted her after waiting for 30mins outside that property she said she had forgotten to put the booking in the diary. I am not local, it's at least a 2 hour drive each way for us. Disappointed is an understatement especially as I asked for the manager to call me back and he hasn't had the courtesy to do so.
So why on earth would anyone want to deal with this chain of estate agents is beyond me.

Lisa Mears and Kelly Killai from the Woodingdean branch managed the sale if our late father's house. They were both very sensitive to our situation which was lovely. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and local market. Nothing was too much trouble and they put up with my many questions happily.

I really wanted to make a point of sharing the level of customer service that was provided by the two Toms. Tom Harlow and also Thomas. They have been nothing but helpful, supportive and informative. They have made the process easy, they call when they say they will and call back if they miss my call. Has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. A1 customer service.
