I ordered one of my Izzy. When I got it, she wasn't quite right. Seemed to heavy. The support team worked with me and redid the clone to my satisfaction. Took pictures to make sure she was right. I approved and she is coming back to me now.
They do make sure the customer is satisfied.

Cheap product for an expensive price.I wasn't expecting the fabric to be thin and kinda shiny, not masculine and not sturdy. He wore them once and there is already a snag in the material. Just a disappointment for the hype. Feels like clothes you get from Temu or Shein but I paid $60 for a pair of lounge pants he won't wear out of the house. worth maybe $20 at most. If CVS or another photo place offers clothes, go that route.

It was an exact copy of my cat.
I was very doubtful that the Cuddle Clone would look like what the ads were saying. But I was wrong. When my Cuddle Clone cat arrived it was exactly what 'Missy' looked like. I couldn't believe it, so I sent my son a picture of the clone. He said 'WOW' that new cat you got looks just like 'Missy'.

Our first cuddle clone came to us with a few characteristic issues that didn’t resemble our late pup. Knowing Cuddle Clones had 100% customer satisfaction, I reached out and immediately received an apologetic response and options to correct it. After detailing my preferences, I returned my clone and was communicated with during g the remake process, ensuring the was satisfied. I showed my family the updated photos and we couldn’t believe how great of job Cuddle Clones did! I approved the change and received our pup back in a couple weeks. It is great to have my Chloe back and has helped us with grieving during this difficult time. I’m highly recommend Cuddle Clones to any pet parents experiencing the loss of their pet.
