I placed an order. It was easy, but forgot to change the shipping address, I messaged and immediately was resolved with a quick fix. I also reached out again another time to ask about the status and a customer service was quick to reply and give me updates and very friendly. My family members have ordered from them before and it’s a nice product.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They ruined the pajamas making the photo a blue tint so the dog was unrecognizable. They did not contact me to say they had a production problem, just sent the product. When given photos of the obvious production error they blamed it on the photo and would not rework the product offering a small partial refund only. The gift is ruined.

So far my experience has been great. I tried to download all that I could to help create my clone. My cat passed away last year and I am still grieving. It will be a help for me. I also spoke to a Support person who gave me assurances that they knew what I wanted. I appreciated that very much.

Worst service I have ever seen from an online retailer
I ordered PJ's for my granddaughter for Xmas in late november. I paid for RUSH production in order to make sure that I got these in time. After waiting weeks with no communication I reached out and was told that my item was moving and label for shipment was created days before my email. A week later the item still has not left their facility. The customer service response was the worst I have ever seen. I was told it can take 2-3 weeks for tracking information to show up (which is ludicrous) and was told that my RUSH charge was for production, not shipping. I still don't have movement on the item and the company will not do anything to correct the situation. I'm at the point where I'm ready to report the purchase as fraud to my CC company. This is the worst experience I've had with an online retailer, and I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

We’d like to clarify and reassure you that your order is currently out for delivery and scheduled to arrive tomorrow, December 16. While we understand how frustrating it can be to see limited tracking movement, the information shared previously was accurate based on our workflow: Rush service applies to production time, while shipping timelines depend on the carrier once the package leaves our facility. In some cases, carrier scans can be delayed even after a label is created, which understandably causes concern.
We’re truly sorry for the stress this caused and for any frustration in communication along the way. We hope that once your granddaughter receives her pajamas, the care and quality put into them will make this experience feel worthwhile.
Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us continue improving how we communicate and support our customers, especially during the busy holiday season. We sincerely hope you love the product once it arrives.
