Cuddle Clone Looks so Real My Dog Thinks it Is Real!
Cuddle Clones is an amazing company. I ordered two pet portrait necklaces, each featuring two pet faces, as well as a Cuddle Clone of my sweet girl, Natasha, who passed away recently. The likeness in both products was incredible, but the Cuddle Clone in particular truly amazed me. They captured even the smallest details, including the soft brown haze that shows through her black fur only in certain areas like her dimples, “eyebrows,” and the subtle coloring around her jowls and legs, and only really “appears” when it catches the light, just like it did on my real baby. It looks so real that I honestly think my other dog might believe it’s a real dog. We’ve actually been hiding it from her until we have time to properly get her used to it.
I also had a wonderful experience with customer service. I reached out once to ask if I could provide additional photos for my Cuddle Clone order, and another time due to a minor tracking number mix-up. Both times, the representatives were kind, patient, and thorough, providing more information than many companies typically do and never speaking down to me. Overall, my experience with Cuddle Clones has been excellent. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will absolutely be recommending them to others.

We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding in our earlier communication. We are able to create Cuddle Clones based on real animals, including lambs, but we are not able to recreate items based on a stuffed animal or toy, which is the case here. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially given the sentimental value involved.
Regarding the charge you mentioned, the order in question was properly refunded in full. The amount you’re seeing in your bank account is a pending authorization, not a completed or posted charge. These pending holds are placed by banks during the refund process and typically disappear automatically within a few business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
All of this information has already been shared with you via email, but we’re more than happy to continue helping if anything remains unclear or if you’d like us to walk through it again with you.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help and want to make sure this is fully resolved for you.

Very poor service and disappointing product
As reflected elsewhere throughout these reviews and complaints, I would not recommend ordering any product from this company. I placed an order for a hoodie with an image of our sweet golden retriever on December 1, 2025. This was intended to be a Christmas gift for my son. When checking out, I elected to pay an additional “rush” fee of $10.00 to ensure delivery by December 25th. This was in addition to the addition to the exorbitant $90.00 purchase price, plus $14.00 shipping fee, I paid an additional $10.00 "rush" fee to receive my order by Christmas. My total with tax was $122.24. On December 18, having still not received my order, I contacted customer service and was advised on the same day that the item had been produced and was with the fulfillment team and "we're doing everything we can to expedite shipments." On December 22, my order still had not shipped and I contacted customer service again and was advised that hoodies were experiencing a delay in production. This was contrary to the December 18th email that advised my order had been produced and was awaiting shipment. The order finally arrived on January 6, 2026 and I was disappointed with the result. The embroidered image is oddly shaped and the colors are very muted. I would also note that when ordering the item, the website did not offer the opportunity to review and approve the cropping of the photo uploaded. This is definitely not a $100 item. I then contacted Cuddle Clones reporting my disappointment in both the service and quality of product received and requested a refund. Cuddle Clones responded requesting a photograph of the product, which I quickly sent. I then received a second request for another better-quality photograph. Upon review, the photo I submitted was perfectly adequate and is attached here. Rather than continue to waste more time dealing with this company, I’ve elected to use my time to warn other customers not to do business with this company. I would strongly recommend seeking another vendor for production of this kind of personalized product.

Bought pajama bottoms that felt like plastic. They’re clearly manufactured in china and are not good enough to even be a rag since they have zero absorbency. Not cozy. Complete trash.
Update: response is unacceptable. This company puts a guarantee on *some* of their products because they know *some* aren’t complete trash. Can’t guarantee satisfaction on these. Wonder why. . .

Very Poor Service and Responsiveness
My experience with Cuddle Clones was disappointing due to several issues:
• Customer Service: Communication was poor and unresponsive. When there was ambiguity regarding my order, the company did not reach out for clarification and made assumptions without consulting me. My attempts to resolve the issue were largely ignored, and the explanation provided was unsatisfactory. Despite communicating my distress regarding the product upon its arrival, the company did not acknowledge my concerns or provide any resolution.
• Order Process: The ordering system is misleading, particularly regarding the selection of pet photos. The lack of clear instructions resulted in an incorrect product, and there was no proactive communication from the company to address potential confusion.
• Shipping and Resolution: Despite paying for expedited shipping and rush processing to receive the product by Christmas, it arrived late. The company attributed the delay to the shipping carrier, although the actual delay was due to production. While a partial credit for shipping was offered, a full refund was not provided.
• Product Quality: The quality of the product did not meet expectations, especially considering the high cost. The materials and workmanship were subpar and did not justify the price.
Overall, I cannot recommend Cuddle Clones based on this experience, as both the service and product quality were unsatisfactory.

Closure
Losing Max, (my cat) left me devastated. My family had rescued him from an abusive owner who’d decided they wanted to throw him out and leave him to brave the weather and outdoor elements. It was heartbreaking to see how much pain he suffered. So we took him in to care for him and finally gained his trust. We were able to love him and care for him for almost 11 years. He meant everything to me so to lose him left me heartbroken. Getting him back in a way I could love him forever, and try to heal from his passing has filled me with healing and a warmer heart. I don’t know how else to thank cuddle clones for giving me back my Maxie. Thank You.

Misleading rush delivery charges
The pants are cute and the pictures turned out good however they seemed kind of small. We received socks in the wrong color and paid an additional fee to have our items arrive in time for Christmas. They didn’t arrive until New Year’s. I asked for a refund on the rush delivery and the company told me that it was the courier‘s fault not theirs. I find that to be misleading. Will not be ordering from this company again.
