Really bad. Item wasn’t showing as shipped. Requested a refund, as per statutory rights, and once I got a reply it was, all of a sudden, shipped. Almost 3 weeks later it’s still stuck at destination airport, apparently and no contact or updates whatsoever. Dog shit.

After seeing your reply i would now like to share the following: I have just arrived home to find that the item still hasn’t been delivered (despite your claim to the contrary) and it’s still showing as on hold in the country of origin.

Cuddle Clones hands down is one of the best companys I ever had to work with. There was a slight hiccup with my order and Victoria was amazing in helping me get it straightened out. The communication, caring and overall handling was superior. I will continue to use Cuddle Clones in the future.

These pajamas are adorable! My grandkids loved them and they look so cute wearing them. They are obsessed with them and are wearing them a lot of their Xmas holiday at home. Quality is superb. Soft and cozy. Worth the purchase

I ordered a coffee mug and cuddle clones for my boys after we lost our oldest dog Max. When they arrived, I was so impressed with the attention to detail! It looked exactly like our Max! The quality is exceptional, and customer service was attentive and helpful. I am expecting a golf cover to arrive soon! Thank you Cuddle Clones for making this a special Christmas for my family!

Ordered on black Friday the custom pet blankets for my best friend whose dog died in August. Like always I do my research and read all thr reviews. The pics in the reviews looked great, pic of their dog centered and fills most of blanket beautifully. I received mine I was extremely disappointed! I ordered the largest size blanket and the dogs pic was at the very bottom of the blanket and tiny. This by the way was for both blankets in different background designs but both were mind blowing. I can’t understand how someone that made these blankets didn’t redo them. I guess because I paid for expedited shipping they said screw it!! This was heartbreaking because it’s for a pet parent that lost their fur baby recently. I also ordered the clone of the dog and also paid expedited shipping and was promised delivery before Christmas. Just received it the Friday after!!! What’s wrong with this company? The pjs were the perfect gift for my picky 14 year old son. He loves them! They are so cute and soft. He loves his dog and was thrilled to have her on his pjs. They are true to size and fit him perfectly. They arrived on Christmas Eve just in time. I will plan to order more pjs from Cuddle Clones!

The results were terrific. I love my custom bobble heads.

I placed an order on October 22, 2025 for a pair of pajamas that would have my daughter‘s puppies face on them. They arrived on November 7 and it was somebody else’s dog on the pajamas. I reached out to the company. They responded immediately so I had high hopes however not only was the dog not our dog. The style of the pajamas was nothing like what was represented on their website. They promised they would prioritize it and remake it, and they also promised that it would look like the one on the website. The shorts from the pajamas that I received had an inseam of 7 1/2 inches the shorts that were online in the picture had 4 inch inseam. They promised me in three different emails that they would make sure it was the 4 inch inseam(even asking me to confirm that that was what I wanted in one of the emails) the second go round it took them from November 7 until December 24 to get me the second try at the pajamas and although the puppy face was correct this time the shorts were exactly like the other order. In other words they had a 7 1/2 inch inseam not a 4 inch inseam. They look like basketball shorts on my daughter. I tried repeatedly to get the company to at least give me a discount for all the trouble that we had they blatantly refused and told me that it was basically creative control and that they were sorry that my pajamas didn’t look like the ones on their website they would take it under advisement. So overall extremely disappointed. I say buy at your own risk with this company. These pj’s were expensive too. Now I will have to shorten them myself so that they don’t look ridiculous on my daughter.

They company does not even deserve on star but was force to add a star. Do not purchase any products from this company. I purchased four fleece pj pants for Christmas gifts. My daughters wore them less than a day and they both got holes in the crotches. I contacted them to get a refund and after several pictures they offered to remake them. I told them that they were the worse quality and I would not want them replaced. They used AI to respond to me and it was the worse costumer service. The quality of the material is so cheap and not worth the 50 dollars each I spent on them. Do not waste your money! I wish I could upload a picture.

This was the most nerve racking experience I have ever done. I was excited and nervous through out this whole experience because you have no idea what you are going to get at the very end. Cuddle Clones truly keeps in touch with you. They will ask for more pictures SPECIFIC pictures then I would receive emails letting me know where the process was then the day arrived when I got home from work and the Cuddle Clones package had arrived. This was the moment I was waiting for for quite sometime. This was the SPECIAL gift I was going to give to my Son and Daughter-in-law for Christmas. It was end of September early October when the moment came for me to open the package. I was literally shaking and hoping that this Cuddle Clone would be everything I was hoping for. The second I saw my Granddaughter Dog Brooklyn I cried. I really cried …she was everything I was hoping for and I truly mean EVERYTHING unbelievable how realistic Brooklyn is. I was in total amazement when I was looking at her. Every detail she had was what I was looking at. It was Brooklyn. I decided I needed to wrap her up in Christmas wrap because if and when the kids came over I did not want to risk them seeing her. Literally for months I was nervous yet excited to give this Special Gift to them. Brooklyn was not just a dog she was beyond that. She gave Pure Love 💕 and she was Loved beyond words. The moment arrived Christmas Morning. I fought the tears when handing the package to the kids. This was the moment I waited months for. Was this going to make the kids happy or sad or both. The second they opened it up and saw her I knew I did the right thing. Absolutely Positively worth every single dime. Truly every single dime. My advice to anyone who is thinking about doing this for yourself or a Loved one. Don’t think about it just DO IT and when you first find out the cost you might say Oh that is more then what I thought it would be. Trust me the very second I saw my granddaughter Dog Brooklyn she was literally worth every single dime. Literally every single dime. From my Heart 💜 to each of Your Hearts 💕 who were involved in this whole process Thank You So Very Much and this is what my son said to me about this SPECIAL Gift Thank You Mom for bringing Brooklyn back into our house. Thank You to each and everyone of you YOU all made that happen.

False advertising & cheap materials. Their pajamas in particular are made of the most horrible, scratchy polyester fabric I've ever seen used for clothing. They advertise it as "buttery soft" but that is mot remotely accurate. They suspiciously offer a satisfaction guarantee on other personalized products, but not this one, which clearly indicates that they know they're selling a terrible product. I contacted their customer service and they refused to offer a refund or exchange, or any sort of compensation for not delivering the product as advertised. Huge rip off.

I ordered custom pjs on Nov 18th. Reached out to them to confirm design because there wasn't a return reply to my order. Explained it was for a child's Christmas. As of Dec 26th it has not been received and customer service offered 10% off. No reprint & rush shipment. Simply, "sorry it happens and beyond our control". I've replaced the gift with an Etsy supplier and recommend others not take the chance on this company.

My family loved the pajamas and wore them all Christmas day. Thank you.

UPDATE- still no update almost four weeks late. Cuddle Clones is a scam——
Cuddle Clones is not responding to me about my $50 that seems to have vanished!
They can’t even update me on if it’s been created or shipped.
Given fake tracking numbers that linked to a fake system, which also had no idea about my order. So much do the fun gift- Christmas has come and gone- I’m a stupid sucker- Grateful to find Trustpilot- hoping it’s a real format. So many robots…

Amazing detail! I could not have been happier especially with the attention to detail around the tail and ears. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail was spot on. I appreciate being asked for additional photos after the order was placed. This gave me much consumer confidence. Long story short.
