Great product

Great product, easy to put together and exactly the way it looks online. Shop forgot to ship my entire order, so had to wait another week to have it complete. As soon as I contacted them, they shipped the missing item next day delivery.

Ordered a Liki Trike S5

Ordered a Liki Trike S5, it's too small for a two years old, so we needed to return it back. The company comes with all different excuses not to issue the refund. We will go to a 'small claims court' now...

We truly understand your disappointment as the outcome of your return request might not align with your initial expectations. We did receive the trike you sent back and promptly carried out a detailed inspection. It appears that the trike had been used and had a significant amount of individual hairs on it. We have provided pictures illustrating these findings.

Our return policy states that items should be returned in the condition they were received, and it seems that the trike falls under the category of 'used' based on our inspection. As a result, we regrettably cannot process a refund for this item.

However, as advised we are more than happy to arrange for the trike to be returned back to you at your earliest convenience, we are awaiting your reply to let us know when would be a good date for you to receive the delivery?

So far all happy

So far all happy with experience and products ordered. When I placed my order for a three piece nursery set and a mattress I was texted that night to confirm a delivery date. Items arrived on expected date minus one box, which the courier immediately told us about and said it should arrive the following day. It didn't so I contacted cuddle co who were quick to respond and contacted the courier company. It appears the missing item had been lost so cuddle co have arranged for a replacement to be sent on another day of my choice and have upgraded the delivery free of charge to the 2 person room of choice delivery. I have only just started to put together the furniture (minus the wardrobe due to the missing box) but so far I am very pleased with the quality of the product for the price.

I would put zero but that’s not an…

I would put zero but that’s not an option!! Ordered furniture £850 I’ve had to chase this company up regarding updates you get zero communication. Customer service team shocking can only email and you get a different person each time and you have to go through the same things over and over again.
I received a text with available days for delivery, I responded and a text confirmation was sent yet no delivery was made!! I still don’t have any furniture, customer service have no clue what to do. Never ever order from this company it’s the worst company I have ever ordered from.

Terrible quality products

Ordered a cot - the holes didn’t line up so couldn’t assemble it. Second cot arrived and I had another similar issue. Third time lucky and cot assembled without any issues - I wasted lots of time.

They sent me a free product as compensation - I had quality issues with assembling this product too.

Can’t make calls to customer service - very frustrating.

Would never order from this company again.

Hire a delivery service that offers…

Hire a delivery service that offers times to accommodate customers that work full time.
I had a member of your customer service team email me, basically saying that they can only deliver on days I am at work and can’t get off. They said they can deliver the next day if I replies by 4pm which I did. I haven’t heard back any confirmation of the delivery is coming or not. I don’t expect to be told to email back by a deadline only to have the deadline your staff set ignored and no correspondence following this. Unacceptable.

Order with caution. Expensive postage

Order with caution. You pay for them to post the item to you AND you also pay if you want to return it. I ordered a £15 item and because its not right, have wasted approx £8. And because they don't partner with a delivery company, you are left footing even more money to track the parcel, or paying less and hoping it arrives. Quick response on customer service, although annoying that you have to email them to request a return!

Love!

Absolutely love the Luna Nursery Furniture set and we are soo glad we got it, it’s such good value for money with the quality and the pictures really do not do it justice! We were missing a box from our delivery but this was resolved very quickly :)
