Sadly, the customer service is as bad as the appliances they sell. I bought an ice cream maker (ICE150) from Amazon, and during every single use, the item made an incredible amount of noise. Instead of returning it straight to Amazon, I tried to contact support, but I was ignored. I have since returned the item to Amazon as I still haven't heard back. I cannot recommend this company; their service is just as poor as their products.
Update: Despite Cuisineart saying there was a reply, there was none. Avoid!

This is the best customer service I have had in years I dealt with a lady called Jeanette she was helpful I asked about a Replacement plates they was sent promptly you just could not ask for a better service I thank them so much for the service I hope the have a reward for their employees because I would give this lady employee of the month

I had a problem with a new Cuisinart mini-chopper and contacted customer services for help. After following instructions to test the machine I was asked to return it. A postage label was emailed immediately and I took the machine to the post office. A few days later I was informed that the machine was faulty and I was offered a choice of a replacement machine. The new one arrived two days later. I was extremely happy. Amazing customer service!

EDIT: 24 hours after the review they contacted me apologising for the delay, explaining that they no longer stocked my kettle and offering me several amazing options by means of compensation. Very happy customer now. Amazing customer service, albeit slightly delayed
We brought a mid range kettle and toaster from them. Both broke within eighteen months of light use. They replaced them which was great, but the second kettle broke again within the warranty period. Now they are ignoring my emails about how I can get it fixed - if I wanted a cheap kettle I had to replace after a couple of years I would have bought one, but 100 pound for a kettle you would think it would last a reasonable amount of time.

I bought an ice cream machine (under 5 year warranty) and the lid broke within a couple of months - emailed customer services and was told there were none in stock but that they would contact me and send one out when they were back in stock. That was more than 4 years ago. I have contacted them several times and have literally just been ignored. The quality of the products is not up to scratch and neither is the after sales customer service, I'd never buy another product from them

Unfortunately we had a problem with our recently bought ice creamer. Cuisinart Customer Support Team (Jeanette) was absolutely excellent. I received a very prompt and friendly reply to my email and Jeanette resolved the issue immediately by offering to send a replacement part. I am very grateful for the replacement part but also for the prompt, friendly and helpful email responses to keep me updated. Excellent service - thank you!

Poor design and low quality pretending to be high end.
I bought a kettle and matching toaster in December 2024. Both are going to recycling today after only light use.
The kettle fried one of my kitchen plugs. Other appliances have successfully been used in that plug for years on end. Guess what with no issues.
The toaster is so poorly designed and conspires to injure you at every use with its inability to lift smaller items such as crumpets out of the machine. The guides constantly bend out of shape jamming the mechanism.
A triumph of cost over quality of deign and function. Dreadful!

I had a grill / toaster and it was realy great. Unfortunately I experienced a problem and it broke down. The help I received from India was first class and I was soon sent a replacement unit with a link to recycle the broken one. Thank you!!

We had an issue with a faulty Grill which was still under warranty. Islania in Customer support handled the matter, which was resolved quickly and smoothly with a replacement appliance. Great Service !

Couldn't have been helped more. Our kettle was only a year old and the buttons just stopped always responding. A few e-mails and photos later, we were offered a new kettle, although different to the wonky one. They even offer a recycling service via Royal Mail with free postage to return the damaged product.

The post-sale customer service significantly exceeded my expectations. Communications regarding a problem with my air fryer were prompt, positive and helpful. The fryer was collected at their expense, investigated so that a fault was quickly identified, and a replacement sent out quickly. To be frank this is the standard that other companies should emulate. First class.
