I purchased a kettle that developed a fault while still under warranty. I submitted a webform over three weeks ago and followed up with an email two weeks ago, yet I have received no response to either. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand.

Purchased a Cuisinart Salt / Pepper mill grinder about 1 year ago from Amazon, but one of the small metal pins failed and broke off.
Contacted Cusinart on the off chance they could repair or something, and after only a couple of emails, they then posted me out a brand new unit!
Very pleased and impressed with their service and will definitely consider Cuisinart products again in the future if they are on option for what I am after.

Big brand, sxxty service.
All I need was the temperature range of a part made in plastic material, coz I wanted to know if it's safe for lukewarm ingredients. Their CS did reply me several times, and yet all they could say was they had no idea.
Well, for a well-known manufacturer, what I asked wasn't too much. It's just basic information which should be stated clearly on the manual.

I purchased a Cuisinart product from Customary about a year ago, and it arrived faulty from day one. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to use it even once. I contacted customer support, provided all the information they requested (address, phone number, batch code photo, etc.), and followed up several times, but after an initial reply they completely stopped responding.
Very disappointed with the lack of support and communication. A simple replacement or solution should not take this long. I cannot recommend the product or the customer service based on my experience.

The products are very well designed, solidly constructed and have flawless customer service. They were extremely responsive and helpful, resolved a small fault found in record time and sent out a replacement before I had even considered this. I recommend very strongly and will buy again from Cuisinart without hesitation.

Jeanette was outstanding. Although my food processor seemed to work at first glance, they finally understood why it wasn't working. Jeanette did not give up on my case and after two collectioms I received a replacement. Thank you for your understanding and being so helpful also giving me links and recipies.

Customer service from Jeanette was outstanding!! My food processor stopped working after several years of regular use, I was asked to send it back - which they organised - they checked it, couldn’t find a fault, returned it to me, Jeanette called me to explain what had been done. I still had an intermittent issue but Jeanette talked through different options, sent me a replacement bowl, that’s worked so far…
It was so refreshing to get real support.

When my spice grinder broke I reached out to customer service to see if they could help. The response time was phenomenal, I very satisfied with my resolution (a full replacement after sharing evidence), and incredibly - an extension on my warranty. Bought lots of things from them over the last couple of years, including a pancake/waffle maker, interchangeable grill and sandwich plates, blender, and a pizza oven. Had a problem recently with the pancake/waffle maker and, after asking a few questions, they sent me a new one which came the next day. Highly rate all the items we got from them and the customer service was fab. Will definitely be coming back!

Contacted the Service Team regarding my air fryer which seemed faulty - not cooking properly.
The service team took some details and sorted out for the air fryer to be collected for inspection. The collection was given by R/M as arranged with tracking provided. The service team contacted me stating there was a problem and a new replacement will be due soon.
The service team were excellent - good communication and knowledgeable with excellent attitude and service.

I bought a filter coffee machine which is great. However I had an issue with the filter basket and Cuisinart IMMEDIATELY dispatched a free replacement! A great service!! Jeanette was REALLY on it!!

My Cuisinart ice cream maker stopped cooling after 4 years. As it's still within the 5 year guarantee period, Cuisiniart have very quickly offered to replace the machine free of charge and collecting the old one. Most impressed.

What can I say, Cuisinart service is just outstanding. Kettle had fault but is now discontinued and was offered alternative version or a credit. asked for different item as replacement which was no problem and on top got the difference of original purchase and replacement as a credit to be used at later date. I really wish other companies would offer the same level of service. Thank you India for making this all possible and will keep an eye for the upcoming product releases.
