Bought the XL airfryer and it developed a fault after some months. I contacted the customer service and Jeanette took it up and apologised both on the phone and email for the issue and promised to send a replacement. To my amazement, DPD knocked on my door the following morning and delivered a brand new XL airfryer. What else can I ask for?

Some years ago I purchased a coffee grinder from Cusinart and it worked well for a number of years. It recently stopped working. I contacted customer services who responded promptly and sent me a replacement product. Good products and great service!

Have had a pleasant experience with returning an air fryer and recieving a replacement. The customer service was extremely professional and prompt to deal with the entire process from start to finish and have extended my warranty. I recently purchased a replacement Kettle direct from Cuisinart. My previous Kettle was the same model but after nearly seven years, it stopped working. I ordered the replacement on a Monday afternoon, it was delivered by lunchtime the following day. What service! Plus the Kettle is excellent. I couldn't be happier!!

The main mixing bowl of our 18 months old Cuisinart unfortunately broke. Something very small snapped and we don’t know how it happened but it was no longer usable. I contacted Cuisinart customer service and after asking for a few details they very promptly offered to replace the bowl. It arrived a few days later. Fantastic service.

Customer service 1st rate! Purchased a multi temp kettle 10 months ago and the on/off switch went a bit wonky, would sometimes switch on, sometimes not. Contacted customer services who responded quickly and asked for a pic of the serial number. Wrote back to apologise and say they couldn't repair or replace that model and was offered a CTK17SU yesterday. It was delivered this morning! Fantastic service.

Edit. Seems the machine was a model that is no longer made. The machine is being replaced, out of warranty, with the current model replacement. A company that goes above and beyond. Looking forward to making coffee again!
Previous - The coffee machine is great when it works - which is very rarely. I can’t fault the service as the machine has been replaced four times under warranty but it still doesn’t work and I can’t ask for another as the design is faulty so it’s never going to work. There is no way to clean the blades that grind the beans so after a while they won’t grind. The machine has cost me a fortune in coffee that never gets as far as a cup. Even using ground coffee the machine works maybe one times out of five so you end up wasting too much coffee. However I can’t fault it as a milk steamer or as great customer service.
