A bumpy start
A bumpy start. The first day of usage has not been good. Machine seems to be ok, but the service part seems to be lacking.
Installing guy gave no explanations, when I asked what does a safety button do, he said its a childlock. When I said what happens in case someone accidentally presses it, he said just press again to unlock. That was of course not the case. Sent an email- got a reply to press hot water button and safety button at the same time to unlock hot water. (Its an office, no children here, why this feature anyway?) Next problem- there was no hot water coming at all- called, turned out installing guy had forgot to press a switch behind the machine, so I had to pull the heavy machine away from the wall and do his job myself. Service like this should be seamless and not require so much asking, emailing, calling.
