Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My mum ordered a coat off on this website, she received nothing! She has tried to email, as have I several times and heard absolutely nothing. This company is a blatant SCAM! absolutely disgusting!

Made a purchase from here but it’s been over a month and I have had not further contact. There has been no response to any queries. Unfortunately I had not done my due diligence with this site and found it to be fraudulent. There is no company address listed and the contact number is a mobile number.

To be honest this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I paid for a coat that never came! Written email after email and no response. I really hope people read these reviews before ordering from this company.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a coat over 3 weeks ago didn’t receive a confirmation email and still haven’t received the coat! Sent two emails and still haven’t heard anything back. Don’t waste your money.

Scam - Ordered a coat. Money Taken immediately but no delivery of coat. Emailed, called, contacted on Instagram but nothing! Very sad!!!

I ordered a jacket for my daughter and once payment went through, tracking the order was a big challenge. My parcel arrived after 20 days and product was massively substandard. Very disappointed with quality for the price charged.

So I bought this coat thinking it was gorgeous and would be perfect for school. Soon after purchasing I looked at the reviews and they were tragic. The payment had already gone through and I was scammed. Today after 3 weeks the coat has arrived in perfect condition. Lovely material, if buying a puffer coat from here size up because mine is a tad small but I don’t want too risk sending it back and not getting a refund.

My 12 year old used her Christmas money to buy herself a coat from here. The money was taken from my account immediately, yet no sign of a coat. I have emailed and heard nothing. Regret no reading reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a coat at the start of December, this company then managed to get my card details and spent over £2000 on my card. My “coat” just arrived it the form of a red headband!!

DO NOT ORDER from this sham of a company. Haven’t received a coat I ordered over 3weeks ago. Website states they do not charge for nationwide shipping yet I Was charged £2.99! I got sent a notification to say it was shipped and it’s with a Chinese based courier But this is supposed to be a uk company! I can’t even track it as it’s all in Chinese.

I ordered a bikini 4 months ago and i still haven’t received it. A proper scam.

As you will read below from others, same scenario, bought a jacket for £40, looked nothing like the picture. Emailed for return address and heard nothing since!! I’m so angry!!!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. The item I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive- understandable in a pandemic but it was faulty on delivery. There is no refund “system”, as they do not answer emails and they do not answer the phone so you CANNOT REFUND as they need to provide you with a return address. I cannot believe such a blatant fraudulent company is allowed to exist. Please DO NOT order anything from these criminals.

I purchased a bodysuit which took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, In all fairness it did look like the image however it was far too big for me. I looked at the returns policy which said to contact them via filling out a contact form or emailing them so they can give instructions on how to return and I have never heard back from them, I have emailed them 3 times over the past 3 weeks asking if I can return the item and I’ve even said I will contact action fraud and I still have heard nothing back! I definitely wouldn’t risk buying from this site as I have just wasted £20 and would hate for anyone else to order loads from them and be stuck with clothes that they don’t like or doesn’t fit. Shipping time is ridiculous aswell!

Requested a refund for an item that came which was nothing like the advert. Cheap & tacky is an understatement. Never heard anything back after sending email after email after email. They will take your money & sent you tat but do not stick to consumer rights.

Placed an order in October and still not received my parcel. Contacted them by email, phone number provided and also on their web page and never had anything back from the company. Absolutely would not recommend anyone should purchase from this site. THEIR SCAMMERS BE AWARE !!!!

This site has been reported to Actionfraud police UK team and is under investigation so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

I was contacted by the brand and asked to be an ambassador, foolishly agreed and placed an order back in May I received a confirmation email but nothing more it is now the end of November and still haven't received an order and have contacted them multiple times through multiple channels and revived no reply. Do not waste your money on them. They are complete fraudsters.

Scam, took my money got a confirmation email then nothing else. No contact do not buy from here
