I received both of my items in good time, they weren't the best quality but nice and fit for purpose aviator sun glasses for my holiday. I've noticed since though, that their website doesn't seem functional so I'm assuming not in business anymore?

Biggest scam!

I have been waiting for my order for months. I have emailed several times with no reply either! DO NOT ORDER THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY

No item received after a month of waiting. SCAM SITE.

One month with no update of order being dispatched. Has not responded to emails asking for an update. Scamming people out of money.

DO NOT USE!!! I have been trying to get in contact with this company for weeks, no one replies to emails, Facebook or instagram. Frauds and have stolen my money

I only put 1 star as this was the only way I could proceed, i would of put minus a star if that was an option! I’ve emailed this company 5 times and had only 1 response and still haven’t received the order I placed around 4 weeks, do not waste your time or money with this cowboy company they will just not send you your item, refund or contact you.

fake website. No response on Twitter, Instagram or email.. item never arrived money taken out of account. No response no customer service nothing. Will be contacting authorities regarding this website and will put the word out on Instagram that this is a fake website…

Wish I googled the company before purchasing, ordered trousers and have emailed them and sent a message on Instagram and haven’t heard back, so disappointed

Terrible company! I have emailed and tried to get in touch ams they ignore me. I’ve been waiting for my order for weeks. They are so quick to take your money and not provide the goods or service. I have resorted to my credit company who have now opened a fraud investigation. Spend £50 on top and trousers for them to arrive!

Do not buy from here-it’s a scam. I placed an order on the 8th august and still have not received it. Money taken immediately for a bikini and no sign of it. No one responds to my emails. Absolute disgrace. AVOID!!!

Absolutely awful customer service and awful quality of clothes. shipping took 3 and a half weeks and payed £26 for trousers made of the cheapest possible material and the sizing was incredibly off as i ordered a medium and they wouldn't fit past my knees. very unhappy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY this company is awful

Rating 1 star is a forced overstatement. Purchased and received item after a few weeks waiting. Didn’t fit so emailed to advise sending back item for refund. Sent item and didn’t hear back from them. Sent further emails and still not heard back 2 months on. PLEASE AVOID. Now reporting company to Trading Standards.

I’m so disgusted with this clothing company. I ordered a top on the 23rd of July 2021 and all up to now I haven’t received my order . Ive tried to contact CULT COLLECTION on many occasions by email and telephone but no one has responded . At this point I will be making a formal investigation regarding this issues . As I’m not the only one with the same issue with this company . This company is fraudulent . I will be contacting my bank fraud department as well as the police . It’s unacceptable. I order many things from different companies online and never have I ever had this problem .

Bought a jacket from them, after i had my doubts from reading these reviews, literally thought i would never see it :) but it came today and it fits and quality is very good. So im very happy with it. However i am not impressed by the communication as it takes them a week to answer one email and another email i sent they did not answer it. Thought is share my experience.

FRAUDULENT SITE. They take your money but they do not contact you or reply to emails. Avoid at all costs!
I contacted my credit card provider who disputed the charge and I received a full refund from Cult eventually.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

First time customer and I am yet to receive my order of a pair of sunglasses after waiting WAY past the delivery time stated when I ordered. Have sent two emails and not even got a reply to either. Very unimpressed with this company so far.

Update: Still not heard back or got any update on my order. Assuming at this point it’s a complete scam and I have been robbed.

I ordered from CC nearer beginning of June and still no arrival of item. Very disappointed in service, so have asked for a refund and still yet to hear from them. Won’t be purchasing from them again

I have contacted cult collection 5 times and heard nothing. Really appalled you have taken my money and not answered or delivered any product or customer service.

I am trying to return an item which does not fit me. I have emailed the returns address listed on the website and having chased the email I still haven’t had a response. CC please do better at your customer service and please respond to my email requesting an exchange
