Cult Collection Reviews 

Iam not a person to usually write reviews but this company definitely needs it. They advertise garments as a set and when you order only the top or the bottom come. No where on the website it says sold separately i also waited around 2 weeks for delivery and was charged when is came through my letter box as it was the size of a letter. I will definitely not buy from them ever again. When you want to return they except you to pay for that too.

The company don't reply to your emails or messages when you want to return your order. Great tactic so you end up running out of time on your return window. The products took forever to come and look cheap and awful and now I'm stuck with it because no one can be bothered to respond. Waste of money and time

Bought a burgundy tracksuit from Cult Collection for my daughter. It arrived after about a month of placing the order. Paid £38 for it. Quality extremely poor and it was faulty. Cost me £14.99 to send it back to them. I know they got it back because I tracked the parcel via Royal Mail. They haven’t refunded the tracksuit. Also sent them 3 emails and left messages for them which they haven’t replied to. Bought on my Barclaycard and I have spent to date 11 hours trying to get through to them to raise a desperate, as the online system keeps coming back unsuccessful. My advice is don’t buy anything from Cult Collection ......

I am very happy about the product I received!!! What you see in the picture is what you get! I will say that because of the pandemic the clothes is taking a bit of time in arriving, but I have been able to track my items and see that the orders that haven’t arrived are already on the way. And I’m very happy with the items that arrived!!! Will definitely shop again!!!

My husband ordered me a burgundy tracksuit as a present over 4 weeks ago and still nothing Has arrived.
I have Emailed the company regarding A delivery date but no response.🤔🤔🤔 After reading the most up to date genuine reviews On here) you can definitely tell the fake ones 🤣😂🤣😂) It’s looking like cult Collection is a fake company and I’ve been ripped off . Luckily it was only around £30 in losses and although it’s not much I’m not prepared to let it go. Fortunately for me (not for Cult Collection) I work in marketing and advertising and will not hesitate to share share my experiences...Thinking it would make a great article around the dangers of online shopping and fake websites Targeted towards young people 😀

Made a order the Beginning of June Still not arrived I’ve also emailed the company over two weeks ago no one got back to me.
I’ve now had to contact PayPal to see if I can get a refund.
Website says there basis in the UK their not

Do not order from this company . the order took 2 months to arrive and the quality is shocking. Still awaiting a response to try and get a refund

I’m really disappointed!!! I order two items beginning of May,middle of June I received only one of them.Texted the company few days ago to ask where is my second item,no answer from them!!!!(obviously no refund as well)

Do not order from these scammers. First of all its not UK even though website is Co.uk. I only received 1 of my items which is shocking quality and totally different to the colour I ordered. I Have sent numerous emails and messages and had no response. When I comment on their advert they delete it almost immediately.

They should replace the L with a N in Cult as this is a scam company and the reviews are fake. Sent emails re delivery and made phone calls but no reply. Now I’m the hands of PayPal and my solicitor .Avoid at all costs as this is a one man show and doesn’t hold stock.

The item came in the timescale provided and is very good quality and so thick. The colour is lovely and the item is exactly as described on the website.

I haven’t received the items that I bought over 2 months ago, would not recommend. Steer clear of this website, its a scam.

Finally got my refund last week, they saw I had left 1 star reviews and they keep asking me to delete them for some reason...as soon as I had told them I wanted my refund their tone of voice changed over messages. Why should I remove my truthful reviews?
