A complete scam. Nearly 6 months after placing an order AND BEING CHARGED, no product, no delivery date, not even a projected delivery date. My order now shows as non-existent on their web site. All I get in response to enquiries are excuses and platitudes.

The paint is great, but the shipping times are ABYSMAL. I thought I got scammed but I did finally get the paint.

Would give zero stars if possible. I have ordered from this company multiple times but never again.
They will steal your money.
Ordered in November of 2025, never shipped, never replied to my very nice emails other than their automated replies. Came out in April that they had a disruption to their American distribution center (5 months after the “supposed” incident) continued checking in on my order and they continued to tell me they were “looking into it.”
I finally replied to one of their emails that they stole my money (CAPS were involved) and I believe it was after that email that they cancelled my order AND DID NOT REFUND ME.
Illegal. Scam. Do not support.

This is the pinkest pink pigment around. It makes AMAZING paint for whatever I need, Easy to mix, and flexible in terms of what bases I can use.

Do NOT buy from them!! I ordered in August 2025 and they never shipped the items. Reached out and was ignored. Just checked the order on their internal tracking site 6/2/26 after getting a promo email. No order found. If you buy from them, they will not ship your order unless you issue a chargeback imo. So sad they used to be great.

Never got my items. Last June I bought paint from this company. They never sent the order. I contacted them 3 times through email and 6 times through social media. They promised they were “personally overseeing the problem.” I never got a refund or my paints. I will never recommend them or buy from them again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I placed an order at the beginning of November and when it hadn't arrived by late January I reached out to them to find out what was going on. It has now been four months of going back and forth with their totally human and not AI customer service and about a dozen different humans that aren't AI slopbots have "personally taken over my order". Despite this I have still not received my order or a refund, or even so much as an explanation of what is going on.

If you are intent on pissing away your money there are more fun ways to do that then purchasing from CultureHustle.

I have been waiting a year for my orders to be fulfilled. Previously my orders were sent and in two cases it took several months. The last two orders I have placed have not arrived and 12 months have passed. The email responses from the company assure me my order is being prioritized and yet nothing has been dispatched. The owner professes to be an artist yet has no sense of responsibility to provide the materials that are paid for and needed by the artists support his company.

I have waited 5 months for an order of one jar of Pinkest Pink paint and have never received it. They have also stopped communicating.

Amazing unique products. Love using the products, helps you be even more creative. Take note that delivery takes a long time. Other than that highly reccomend!

Ordered glow powder from them in July 2025 and never received it. I've reached out to customer support 4 or 5 times. It's all AI garbage response and they refuse to send my product or give me a refund.

They never sent me an order and never gave me a refund. So Basically they stole my money.

ordered this product in 12/2025 still nothing at 6/1/2026

I ordered jn December and they never sent anything despite many emails and messages on social media. We’ve requested a refund but they ignore those messages too. We’ve had to do a chargeback with the bank because it has been 6 months and they just ignore you.

Fantastic and unusual paints, the blackest black is fantastic and added real depth to my work.

I just painted a face mask with the blackest black and I am completely happy and surprised how black that is - it almost matches with my sense of humor ;-)

Placed my order in early Feb (2026) and haven't received it yet (May 2026)... I emailed and asked for a refund and they have not been responsive and clearly don't care. It seems like this is becoming a common complaint in the last year or so. Honestly feels like I got scammed and it's super frustrating.
