I'm just starting to design shoes and t-shirts. I came across several other artist using the Black 4.0 and have some really good ideas for the paint. The better I get I will try to invest in more of the products.

Placed an order in January 1st. A couple days later, the status updated to 'Paint being made'. Apparently they have been making my paint for 3 months and still have yet to get around to finishing it. I reached out to them about my order by the end of the month. The response from them was to re-assure me that 'my order is still in the final stages of being made' and 'my order had been flagged as high priority'. Cool.

It has taken so long to complete this order that I started to search for alternatives to the paint I really wanted, 'Incredibly K***nish Blue'. I found I could get Medium Adam 25 and Ultramarine 1311 Pigments and create my own version, which should get here long before Culture Hustle gets around to completing my order. Keep in mind, I am located in the US and I order this medium from a shop in France and they have not had any issues shipping my order.

The other negative reviews are correct. The lack of care or regard for actually fulfilling your order is next level. If they are really having supply issues and cannot complete orders in a prompt manner, then they should really slow down or stop taking new orders altogether.

Stuart Semple and CultureHustle have always had some of my favorite materials to get my hands on to mess around with. Seeing the effects of something like the Blackest Black in my crafts is just amazing.

I find unique art supplies that are actually what they advertise to be. I have always gotten exactly what i ordered.

Huh, so there is a review section. Good paint, nice colors, and the pinkest pink really is pink pink. Black 2.0 is dark. Yolo is a pleasant electric pastel mint.

Website was easy to order from. Product showed up in a timely manner. Good quality.

Great materials with a genuine passion for art, there's a will to experiment with Semple's products that is rare in this day and age, especially with large name brands taking over the art supply field

Free product for just the cost of shipping, what’s not to like.

Ordered some product for a project i am working on. Products came packed well and very quickly! There was a small issue with shipping, but my email asking about it was quickly answered and resolved the next day. Would reccomend to everyone!

The supplies are AMAZING, the website is a little janky. You will get your stuff but the email system is gonna be dumb first. When it immediately says delivered, you can go to the website and accurately track it. It won't give you notifications but it will tell you when it's actually delivered.

Since Black 4.0 lived up to the hype, I'm looking forward to using my new set of pigments (Mirror, Whitest White, Pinkest Pink) on some resin prints

I love the coloriest watercolors, and look forward to using them when I travel. Shipping wasn't too bad, either.

I got the chance to part of a larger movement and I got free (+ shipping + customs) pink pigment in the process.

Purchase in June 2025 still has not been received. I’ve exchanged a dozen emails with customer support, mostly canned responses with “a human has been assigned now!” Extremely frustrating. I’ve requested a refund multiple times. I used to a big supporter of this company so this is a major disappointment.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with they are worsethan there arcenemy Anish Kapoor. I ordered some art supplies on the 28th of November 2025. They arrived on the 12th of December they arrived .  There was a 10 pound gift card missing from my order. After many, many emails to-and-fro . Being told that someone is looking into the matter personally after 3 more weeks . On the 16th of February2026, they accepted responsibility for not posting my gift card. I was told there would be quick action to resolve this. And thank you for my patience. A month later, I'm still waiting. My patience has run out if you deal with this company. Beware.

Its helped my projects and art immensely. Really given me new mediums and tools to work with

and the name say it all "hustl" i wish i have cheak befor i try to use them, no paint, a joke of a help desk....a wast of time money and hope,if i dont get my mony back all i can hope it will help you cover your medical bill ,run away for this like fire hope it will help someone

Ordered black 4.0 in June 2025.
2 month later it was still "in production".
Another month later the link had run out so I sent an e-mail asking what was going on.
Received an "we are sorry and looking into it" answer. 2 month later I sent my next request. Another "we are sorry, a REAL person is going to look into it". In January I asked for "at least my money back", cause I really don't want to deal with Culture Hustle anymore. Followed by a "We are looking into getting a refund ready", followed by a "Sorry it took so long, we are looking into your order", followed by a "we are looking into refunding" mail. Not sure if the "service" desk at Culture Hustle is just incopetent/unprofessional, or if it is pure scam at this point. Won't ever order there again. Zero stars.
