I have used this company for years-…

I have used this company for years- great, innovative products, fast shipping. I placed an order last June and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent countless emails, all with bot answers siting lost shipments and apologies saying that they will get with “the team” but no actual person to talk to with to get my order shipped. It is beyond ridiculous.

Hello, Culture Hustle customer service is terrible


Hello,

I placed an order for Mirror Gold paint on November 9, 2025. After several emails asking about the shipment, the order finally arrived in January. Unfortunately, the product sent was plain gold paint, not Mirror Gold, which is the item I paid for and is significantly more expensive.

I contacted customer service in January regarding the mistake and was told the issue was being looked into. However, I have not received any follow-up since then, and it is now March.

At this point, I would appreciate one of the following resolutions:
• A full refund, or
• A prepaid shipping label so I can return the incorrect paint and receive the Mirror Gold paint I originally ordered.
• Ship the correct paint

I have purchased paint from Cultural Hustle before and love the paint. However, this experience with customer service and this order has been very disappointing.

Will never buy from them again.

Ordered a paint. never received it and never got a refund after multiple emails. poor customer service. There is no phone number to call and the emails are signed "culture hustle" and just state that they are looking into it with no resolution,

ordered paint in November

ordered paint in November, 2025. Its now March 2026 and I have not received anything except polite AI email responses promising to elevate the issue. I'm really disappointed and bitter about it. Not a ton of money lost, but I feel like an idiot for giving it to them.

They are stealing from people to pay…

They are stealing from people to pay the owners legal fees. It's a collapsed pyrymid scheme. You will never receive product. The owner counts on you being overseas as protection from the repercussions of theft. The owner Stuart is a criminal. At least Anish Kapoor has integrity. Stuart is going to go down in history books as an art thief and loser.

DO NOT ORDER. It will never come.

Ordered a load of pigments back in Jan 2026 with fast track shipping (£30 extra) - 36 days later and multiple email chases the order is still showing as "making" and emails are generic and do not provide any clear ETA. After requesting for a refund and hearing nothing I went to check their social media. I noticed they're advertising free pink pigment with orders for the 10 year anniversary, and when I asked in the comments if they'd finally ship my order I was blocked. Looking at other reviews and comments, others have had the same issues with them for over a year. I have done a charge back with my bank and I recommend avoiding buying ANYTHING from these guys as it appears like they could be going into administration.

Good stuff bad communications

The quality of pigments and acrylic colors is very high, colors are beautiful. The thing I can not give 5 stars - client service. I understand the thing about small business and that you need time to make your stuff. But. I would prefere to have honest information about time of production. If you tell me - ok, it take 2 weeks longer and the date is this , I'm happy. If you tell me - you are our priority, we are working on it - it sounds like a bullsh*t. In fact i was nearly sure that I've simply lost my money when I saw that my order was dispatched. Another small problem - packaging. Phase pigment jar didn't have a protection cover so when I opened it i made a disaster .

Black 4.0 is a fantastic product

Black 4.0 is a fantastic product. I use it with vintage camera lenses to reduce stray light beams that can cause aberrations, and also in regular painting when the situation calls for it. I would like to see more products that enable me to play with reflectance, i.e. paints or pigments that change color under different colors of light, or possibly clear coats that react to or block infra-red and UV light.

long wait but AWESOME

Had a longer waiting time (aprx. 3 months), but it was absolutely worth it! Things can take time, I know that by myself. But if you can afford the time, it is just great.

Vibrant colors

Overall very happy with the vibrancy of the pigments, and how bright they are under black light. Looking forward to using these in more projects going forward.

What need to be corrected.

I waited months for delivery of an order. Every email was ignored. Every comment on social media and YouTube was ignored. The actual paint and base are great and as advertised. But the overall feeling for months that I was scammed out of money was very real. I would happily buy my materials here and would LOVE to support Stuart and his mission. But until those things are addressed and corrected, I won’t be doing it again. Which is a shame.
