Great company. Top quality product and reasonably priced too.

A great product was made to our requirements on the recent pergola we erected, communication was very good on points that we wanted etc The side cover is of very strong material and well made so that I can see this will withstand the weather for many a year, following the simple instructions on how to erect and fit was easy to do, we now have protection from the westerly prevailing wind and rain etc so we can enjoy the pergola much more than we did before.
Good price and delivery more than satisfied in dealing with them.

Needed a new cover urgently for my trailer. The process is really straight forward, all contact made with Cunningham’s through email and on the telephone was great. Very professional and friendly. After submitting my order, I contacted the team again as I placed the order only two weeks before my holiday and their timeframe is 10-14 days to create and get it back to you. So I didn’t give them a lot of notice. But when I called and asked if it would be ready. They prioritised my order, called me back to provide me with a tracking number for the courier. The cover arrived in time and it was well wrapped and protected. The quality of the cover is 100% what I wanted and to be honest exceeded my expectations. Very well made, heavy duty, looks amazing. Did the job perfectly and I would have no hesitation to use them in the future and to recommend them to my family and friends. Many thanks

Got my pergola covers, seemed to be excellent until I went to fit them .2 covers for the left hand side !!! I ordered as per their website in which they showed pictures a right side + measurements, a left side + measurements and A front + measurements what did I get but 2 left sides????These people don't seem to understand that there's Not 2 left sides.!!!!! I have rang on quiet a few occasions and emailed but their understanding of my predicament is unbelievable.

Useless, promosed to complete an order and gave a price .....then wouldn't respond to emails order was small (350 euros worth)

Ignorant and rude .......not professional when it comes to dealing with the small people,

Bit late with my review but have to laud this company for their excellent prices, design, help, speed of dispatch and product. Free delivery and they were extremely competitive. Delighted with the finished product.

Excellent service during my initial enquiry and agreeing detailed specification and drawings for gazebo panels for sides and front. Prompt delivery well within promised time frame.
The panels fitted perfectly on the gazebo; some details on size of stabilising bars and fitting them into the pockets at base of covers, were sorted out after further communication with the very helpful Sales Operations Dept.
Highly recommended.

We wanted covers to keep out wind/weather to our outdoor entertaining area. The original idea was to buy sufficient to cover two out of the three sides, moving around as required. However, when our initial order arrived, we were so pleased with them that we ordered the additional side. Here is where Cunningham exceeded our expectations. We had a party arranged at short notice and Finley pulled out all the stops and got them delivered in time. Thank you Finley and Cunningham.

Initial enquiry was picked up quickly and I was promised an email back with a quote within a couple of days. A week later I chased it and I was told over the phone that they're very busy in the summer season and people are away, I was asked to re-send my enquiry to a different member of staff who was available. A couple more weeks went by and I heard nothing. Chased again via email and was apologised to for the delays - I asked another question in reply to this email (which was sent 2 months ago) and have had no response. I agree with the reviews that have already been posted regarding small orders - they aren't interested! Don't bother unless you have a large order or are a major client

Very good. Super quick response, I made a slight change, no trouble at all. They called me to finalise some details and make a suggestion I hadn’t thought of. Received the cover, put it on the trailer and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. A+ service
