I contacted the company for a quote for a gazebo side panel. Got a reply quickly with price, all good and speedy and I was happy with the price. However I had a simple question and a very slight size change requiring an amended quote before I placed the order. My email wasn't answered in two days so I phoned, I did feel the person I spoke to was rather disinterested and she said she was busy working through her email inbox. I advised I was going away in a couple of days and wanted to place the order before I went. I was told the updated quote would be sent and on pushing the query I had was answered. This was 12pm on Friday it is now 5.30pm Tuesday no updated quote received. It was simply a case of updating the size I think the fact that my order is a small one may have some bearing on the service received. I have now placed the order with a different company who were more responsive to my requests and got back to me today.

We ordered 3 sides for our wooden gazebo, made to measure. After several changes to drawings we ordered and recieved the sides in the time frames given. Graham was fabulous from the beginning and the sides are quality. We had an issue with one side this year and the company and Graham went above and beyond to fix it. I am so impressed with their response and product I wanted to share as I know how difficult it can be ordering bespoke products.

After getting good service for a trailer cover last year I went back for another. After multiple conversations with the sales rep who always promised to call back and never did I realised that I was being lied to and that they just weren’t interested in my order but were too dishonest to say they were too busy to deal with me. This was beyond disappointing. It was insulting. Unless you are a large client shop elsewhere.

Trailer was measured meticulously and delivery was quicker than anticipated.
Needless to say the trailer cover was total quality.

I ordered 2 covers about 3 months ago. One was a simple box shaped cover and was delivered with no problems, the other was a canopy for a steam boat for which I supplied a detailed drawing. Without going into too much detail the whole experance was a nighmare! After 2 months of messages and phone calls it finally arrived but it was not to drawing and was the wrong material, so they made another received about 3 weeks later (more phone calls and messages). This one was nearly right so I accepted it.
If you need a cover made to a drawing do not use this company. Their stock range of box shaped covers may be ok.

Brilliant experience from Cunningham Covers. Needed a new cover for my trailer within a week and contacted these guys as other suppliers had lead times of weeks. The price was competitive and more importantly they could get me the cover in time. They completed exceeded my expectations both on delivery and service. I dealt with Peter who was fantastic. The final product was also excellent and fits like a glove. Cheers guys.

Really happy from start to finish great professional service with plenty of advice if required. Good quality drawings to approve before you complete your order. Would highly recommend this company.
