Not everything is as advertised.
I love the smell. This is a very nice-smelling cologne. The only drawback I've encountered is that it doesn't attract women. At all. I've been wearing it for six months straight, and not one single woman has even mentioned that I smell nice, much less thrown herself at me.

Poor/lack of customer service
It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order. It still has not been fulfilled. It took about a week to get a messages about one of the colonges being out of stock. Then I get an email saying it was back in stock and my order would be shipped out. My order was never shipped and I get told that one of the scents is still out of stock. I got offered a replacement a few days ago and have not received any responses about my choice so at this point I want a refund. I have sent 2 emails asking for a refund and have gotten no replies from anyone at this company. I also got told my emails were getting sent to the spam folder which is extremely poor customer service if that is how complaints get handled. Overall I'm unsatisfied and unhappy with the extreme lack of customer service. I feel like I've been scammed out of my money. This company is a waiting to be reported to the buissness bureaus if I don't get any response or my refund ASAP

"Bate & Switch"
This product is a basic "bate & switch". The first bottle is basic "Ode toilette". Nothing fancy, does not last long, just weak in all phases. Here’s the switch…sort of…the company wants you to buy more, because one bottle doesn’t do anything, they say you need to use for months at a time. Here’s another “gotcha”. You need to buy this other bottle of “so-called” pheromones oil for anything to work. Oh yes, you need to use this for months at a time. Really you are just literally buying more and more from them…making them wealthy…and NO real positive results.

I Ordered the other fragrances they…
I Ordered the other fragrances they offer (lust, charm. Ignite and their 10x additive formula) one order in November 2024 (order #487747) never got fulfilled (they did offer a replacement but why would I want a fragrance that isn't what I wanted). Recently (1st of June 2025 order #644375) an offer came up to purchase the same products again, I thought I would take a chance, I got an email from them saying my order was out of stock. I was offered a replacement again, I emailed them several times to get a refund, No reply (I replied to emails they sent me and sent new emails but no reply). Hopefully cupids will see this review and contact me.
I'm really disappointed! The Cupids fragrance is amazing I've got really positive comments. I thought the other fragrances would be a step up from hypnosis 2.0. I would love Cupids to contact me and send me my order, that is what I want.

The fragrance smells cheap save your cash
The fragrance smells cheap and more of a feminine scent. A female I am sleeping with says the scent stinks and is more of a turn off then a turn on. Don't waste your money. Your better off going to your local pharmacy and blindly picking something off of a discount clearance shelf.

This product might as well be labeled “repels women better than a fart.” I bought it expecting a “warm fragrance” and instead got the smell of commercial grade cleaner mixed with Thai food, very unsettling.. definitely won’t be buying again..

This is the biggest rip-off of all…
This is the biggest rip-off of all time. I spent nearly £80 on two bottles of this scented tap water, sent from America, when I could have bought both online from here for less than £12. I want my money back. You should read all the hoops that you have to jump through for that to happen, my Bank will sort it out. Be warned !!! There are loads of photos and comments telling you how great it is. Women will follow you through thick Fog and swim in deep waters just to get a sniff of this. Go into any shop to buy any cologne/ perfume. Do you buy it before you smell it on a card? NO. Does it matter what the person behind the counter tells you how superb and fantastic it is? NO. If you can't smell it, don't buy it.

I still have no update on my refund…
I still have no update on my refund request. Even if my order is being delivered but the address was wrong and I did reach out to change the address but was told to contact the courier once I receive the tracking number.
Once I got the tracking number I contacted the courier and was informed there is no such tracking number. I contacted Cupid customer service and inform on the information but there were no confirm reply or a new tracking number and when I asked for a refund there was no response for weeks from cupids customer service.
