Tried to cancel my order after I read the reviews here on trustpilot. No phone support! That's a big red flag. After reading reviews here on trustpilot and several other websites including several well-known Reddit groups I can save at this company is not honest. I'm out having to wait to see if they actually answer their email support, because their chat support feature is non-functioning on their website. I'm glad I used a credit card because once the transaction clears I am going to submit a claim to have the charge removed. Also consumers beware this business is not better business bureau verified or credited. There is a mountain stack of negative reviews and comments on the BBB about Cupid's product. Lastly I worn those who have seen the ads to stay away from products that have not been independently verified. I too have fell for this cheap product.

The products they offer are cheap shit and a waste of your hard earned $$.I have yet to experience any positive results from their Cupids fragrance!I have since 'discovered' much better perfumes from reliable Companies.Furthermore, I ordered their wet tallow face cream which I paid For rushed shipping and insurance for this products which covers lost of stolen items. My order was NOT received due to theft so I reached to them but they have refused to honor their replacement/reimbursement so I have had to contact my Bank/ credit card provider to get back my money. The cologne smells really good but bad customer service
The cologne smells really good. I’ve gotten a couple of compliments on it and my wife did react positively as for attracting other women been wearing it two weeks now I haven’t noticed any extra attention. But I don’t know what’s in it, but it does put me in a good mood when I spritz it on. Even if it doesn’t attract women, I would wear it on smell alone and for the price that I paid for it I would say it’s not that bad but at full price they need to re-examine what their pricing it at. I don’t think that a single bottle is worth more than $50 in my opinion And that whole 50% off bit is a scam because the bottles have always been $60. also being impressed by my first order that I got from them, I ordered a second shipment. I ordered the lust and the deodorant stick, but for some reason, they shipped off the cologne without the deodorant stick. I wonder if they charge me extra for shipping because of this. Anyway, I think it’s stupid if you’re gonna order something you should ship off both items at the same time don’t stagger my order that’s just gonna piss me off more. I’d rather wait and get both items at the same time And then they promise a 5 to 7 day shipping. But that’s not true. My first order took almost 2 weeks to get. my second order was much faster, but they only shipped the cologne and not the deodorant and now I have to wait until they ship the deodorant and then it’s gonna take me five to 7 days to get it once they do actually ship it . Also, on the shop app the advertise that they have soap and other cologne fragrances inspired by other popular colognes, but when I click the link, it sends me to their website and it doesn’t even show the products that I was looking for also, they changed the look of the deodorant What they showed me what they sent me is different from what I ordered now it comes in a black container and it looks flat and unattractive. I liked it better in the original white with the company logo on it. Not that it matters just hope I get my deodorant. Update: I did receive my cologne today just waiting for the deodorant to ship hopefully soon. The regular hypnosis 2.0 is better smelling and came in a better packaging. But I’m glad it’s a different fragrance it’s very light not overwhelming it’s probably designed for intimacy as stated. So I wouldn’t use this unless you were actually going to be in close proximity very pleased with my purchase just not happy with the experience of the delayed shipping and aggressive sales tactics. I almost brought into the ad buying there new colognes charm ignite and lust during my first purchase. But was happy to find that I could purchase them individually so the ad was kind of misleading when it stated that they were only being sold exclusively as a set only through that particular offer. In my opinion you have a great product that doesn’t need to be hyped the way y’all are doing it. Your ads on social media kind of remind me of a girls gone wild commercials from the 90s. Sex sells right? Anybody that thinks spraying a cologne gets you laid pheromones or not needs their head examined. Smell is only part of the package. You gotta be good looking and confident as well 2/3 provided with that purchase . Apparently with some of these women you need a seven figure income and over six feet of height with a nice tool belt if you know what I’m saying. I’m not gonna lie. I was curious that’s why I purchased these colognes my honest review your stuff smells good and I will gladly wear it and make future purchases provided you fix your shipping
Please send me with my deodorant asap, and maybe a little something extra for my trouble, I’ll gladly give an update and perhaps a better rating. Thanks.

Cheap alcohol based product. Overpriced. You probably would get the same value from a less costly knockoff from Amazon, eBay or Temu. The scent doesn't last that long.
The website possibly has fake reviews. Even though they have a 30 day "guarantee", the return policy is a bit garbage. "Customer Service" replies are primarily AI generated. That shows that the company has little respect for their customers.
You can find a better product from a more reputable and respectful company.

There's a good reason the reviews here are either good or bad. I've made an order and they confirmed it immediately. Only after about a week or so afterwards I tried contacting them because I didn't receive a tracking number just to find out they cancelled the order due to "logistics issues". They DID refund me immediately. I would have preferred to get the product..

What a gigantic waste of time
Edit- Cupid, piss off. Only after this scathing review, and me already having to put a payment hold on my credit card do these guys come to life. Not interested, found alternatives, who acted on and shipped their materials in 24 hours. You may want to step your customer service game up, because so far, it fairly much sucks.
Ordered a single bottle of Hypnosis I believe it's called, then they upsell you, which I accepted. That's fine, but then they never fulfilled the order, provided tracking, picked it, shipped it, or responded to any inquiries via email. Also, no phone # for them is valid, anywhere on the internet.

Absolutely terrible. Suuuuper long bate videos. They literally will not let you check out without watching these super long ridiculous videos. I spent $260.00 well over a week ago. I live in Arizona. I haven’t heard a word. They won’t answer any of my emails, nothing. Literally radio silence. Never ever ever again. I ordered several bottles and the roll on a month ago.... I Still haven't received my very expensive order and I live in the United States not some other country!! They keep telling me to give it a few more days in their email replies, but I've been waiting for soon to be over a month now. Very displeased with how long it's taking. I could have taken that same amount and went to the mall and had my smell good that same day. But no I have to wait for these guys to get their stuff together and ship my very expensive order!!
