Very confusing communication. One department says one thing, the other another. Trying order medication is not simple.
Great product when you can get it.

Excellent Clinic, knowlageable and friendly clinicians and the medicines provided have done a great job. I recommend Curaleaf wholeheartedly.

Curaleaf have been excellent in my first 4 months as a subscriber. The flower and oils provided have made an enormous impact to my physical wellbeing and subsequently my mental health. Great selection of strains, prices are very reasonable, and deliveries are prompt. Trying my best to find something to complain about but struggling… they recently made their oils minty flavoured for some bizarre reason?! That’s it tho. I’m a happy patient. For quickly delivered, high quality legal medicinal THC flower, I will happily recommend Curaleaf to everyone.

Awful service. They emailed my partner to inform him of my application but they never emailed me. Very complicated process and poor customer service.

I had a great appointment with a psychiatrist on there but they clearly don’t communicate internally. I requested to not pursue treatment because I wanted to try other avenues. Months later they are sending letters to my GP.

I requested that you stop the process yet you ignored me. I am not happy with the lack of care and communication.

If you need help with something to do with your prescription they’ve made it really easy to just call up a number and save your place if the lines busy Jake helped me out with everything

I’d like to say a big thank you to curaleaf especially Jake/Claire and Courtney who have helped me out today when I really needed to get help, not just for the prompt service but the fact that they listened to me when I explained all my difficulties and to be honest I felt “cared for” not just treated like a number. This is why I appreciate the staff so much, you’re treated as a patient. Superb

I am a new patient to this clinic and had an issue with uploading my id. So I had to contact patient support who couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly if they tried they made everything easy to deal with and resolved the issue quickly. I would like to mention and thank Stephanie for all her help.
Although I am only 3 weeks into my treatment now I am happy to say my chronic lower back pain is under much better control now than at any time in the last 10 years or so. In the coming weeks I hope to be able to slowly increase my activity levels and see what happens.

Wow sent a decent review then they refuse to give back a refund because there delivery by DPD who never showed up 3 times when I asked for a refund they flatly refused this is how they deal with people with anxiety and depression
