I bought a bag. It came to me in Russia in about 2 weeks (usual delivery time for Russia). I did not like the smell of the bag and sent it back within a week. In about 2 weeks I got a message: Today we have received your returned web order OE_18f7.
We offer a seven days returns policy on all of our web sales, as your return falls outside this we are unable to offer you a refund.
However as a goodwill gesture, if you order another item from our website over £70 in the next seven days we will then refund you for the bag.
I asked them whether their seven days returns policy implied that they should receive the item back within 7 days. The usual return policy is to allow the customer to send an item back within several days. If they deliver to Russia, they should allow for additional time as delivery takes about 2 weeks. I got no answer.
Some time after I asked them whether they have processed my refund. They responded that since I had not bought anything from them, they sent the bag back to me.
I have not still received the bag back though a month has passed since the day they received my return.

I was hunting for a jacket that had sold out everywhere and Cure had it in every size still. I really wanted it for a job interview I had gotten and hoped it would arrive in time - it did! It arrived really quickly and in really good packaging that didn't harm the environment and was small enough to be posted through my letterbox so I didn't have to go collect it from the post office. So much better than those terrible plastic bags sent by places like TopShop. Will definitely use them again.

Lovely trousers -have seen them at full price this season and they were reduced by £50 from Cure so I am very pleased. Great quality and very quick delivery.
I would highly recommend this company.

Only one issue I had was that I didn't receive An email informing me that my parcel had been dispatched. A quick phone call soon put me at ease. Website and payment all very smooth.

I found the top I had been looking for at a great sale price which I hadnt expected to find,let alone at half price.

Found an item on here at a much lower price than anywhere else, very happy with it, only thing that was a pain is how you can't enter a different delivery address at checkout which worried me because you never know if the emails going to be read before it is posted. Also information as to how the size comes out, for example the jumper i bought was very large in terms of width for a medium but i guess that was just the style of the jumper. Overall a good experience though thanks.

Ordered Barbour jacket from its 'Heritage' range. Not only was the jacket 50% reduced in sale, but arrived the following day - very happy customer! Had a look at non-sale items too and buyer has a good eye, so will shop here again.
