Until it was time to cash out
I reached £10 and then I said that'll do for a bit
Went cash out... Provided my passport and a selfie came up with an error
Multiple times
Tried my driving licence
Came up with error multiple times
I even went as far as cutting my own hair to match my passport picture
And it still said error. I reported this via email
Had one response
Which asked for the account details and a screenshot of the error and that was nearly 4 days ago. I haven't heard anything since
So if you do build up a massive total
Add the strap yourself in for a long wait to before you get it

Almost every survey screens you out. Also, if you do manage to completely finish a survey it will throw an error code and not pay you most of the time. I have managed to cash out about three bucks on this scam app. In the same period I have cashed out hundreds on two others. This company is a scam. And does not have an easy way to reach customer service. Probably because they are a scam
