I've made over 60 pounds within a month…
I've made over 60 pounds within a month of using this app , but I have an issue my withdrawal is being delayed for no reason and I've tried my best to maintain a good system rating and I rarely get screened out of surveys as of recent because I've remained honest but then the date hasnt been brought back I keep seeing future dates and I've not been able to cash out for 2 weeks now I don't really understand this I've opened a ticket and waiting for response

I was shocked when my Curious Cat account was locked immediately after I requested a withdrawal of my funds. Despite being a regular user and having no issues prior to the request, I have never broken any of curious cat rules, I own only one curious cat account despite this my account was suddenly frozen And locked without any explanation.
It seems like Curious Cat prioritizes holding onto users' money rather than providing a fair and transparent service. I would advise others to think twice before using this platform and to be aware of the potential risks of having their account locked without warning.
*Update:* I'll continue to update this review if I receive a response from the support team or if my issue gets resolved."
Update: yes indeed curious cat has now resolved this issue and I manage to get my money which I'm extremely grateful to the support team for.

An “Error 400” is usually a technical issue. Since some surveys are hosted by third-party partners, occasional technical errors can occur that are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we do not benefit from users completing surveys without receiving their rewards. If your points didn’t credit correctly, our support team would be happy to look into this for you.

Verification isn't working
Verification isn't working. It asks you to verify your ID card, but that's impossible because the necessary button is grayed out and can't be selected. So I tried verifying on another device, using the same login credentials, of course. Result: account locked. I'll refrain from giving a (standard) answer like "contact our support." I deleted the app long ago.
