I have not received my package. When I checked out, Google Shop defaulted to an address for a person I sent a recovery/ get well gift (far out of state), instead of my usual address for several orders in my Curlsmith Account. I cannot get the package because the person is disabled, and it sounds like Curlsmith is unable to help me despite my offer to pay for a pickup and new shipping to my address.

Great products, fast delivery

Love the products. Makes me love my curls even more.

Every time I order products, they leak in the box and the pumps are damaged.

I started with the sample sizes and came back for the full size products. It's the best my hair has looked in years.
Both orders have arrived quickly. I am so glad I was able to try the sample sizes!

I am still undecided. I am using it now for the third night this evening and not quite what I expected. I will follow up with you and let you know.

My order was not in the package. I have emailed them to tell them what happened and no one has responded. Pretty disappointed.

As usual you guys did great, my only complaint it they delivered it to the wrong apartment out of laziness since it was very obvious that it wasn’t my apartment. But lucky for me my neighbor walked it over

OK to be honest, I have not tried any of the samples that I have got yet. I wanted to see how I would like the blow dryer by itself without any new products and I love it. It makes my hair fuller gives it more body and takes so much less time to dry thank you.

These are fabulous products. Something for all needs and all types of waves and curls. And less is definitely more; these are products are made so well that even though they are expensive, you don't need much to get your hair looking great. My new line, definitely!

Wonderful product giving great curls and pleasant smell. I had no issues with irritation or allergy using as I have with other hair care products. I am very pleased with these products and will exclusively use them now.

The products arrived in a box that was far too large and had been obviously crushed. The products arrived leaking and damaged (cap broken, sidewall punctured, on one the end seam was leaking). All in all I would not order from this company again.

I love these products. They are always having sales, offer discounts and give free samples with every purchase.

Both bottle pumps were damaged. One is so damaged that it isn’t usable.
